Although the main effect of genotype is marginally significant according to one of the four analyses—performed on the 16 genotypes present across the two growth-chamber environments—this effect is non-significant ( p = 0.042) after correcting for multiple comparisons (adjusted FDR critical p ≤ 0.0125).
