When compared with D-Rd, both regimens showed a trend toward improved OS; however, these differences did not reach statistical significance (HR 0.69; 95% CI, 0.47–1.03; P = 0.06, and HR 0.76; 95% CI, 0.57–1.02; P = 0.06, respectively).

Only high-density lipoprotein-associated cholesterol (cHDL) showed a slight trend towards better values in the control subjects, but as mentioned, the differences did not reach statistical significance.
