Female patients exhibited higher levels of autoantibodies, with SSA reaching statistical significance ( P = 0.0436) and SSB approaching significance ( P = 0.0849) (Figure S4A).

However, in the continuous Cox regression model (Model 4), a significant downward association was detected between the cumulative number of cycles and OS risk (HR=0.904, 95% CI=0.836–0.977, P =0.011); this relationship was approaching significance for PFS (HR=0.942, 95% CI=0.880–1.008, P =0.086).

To further validate this association, we assessed rs75326924 in an independent GWAS of a Korean cohort [19], observing a similar effect direction (BETA = −0.54) with a P -value approaching significance ( P = 0.086).

However, the relationship between NFCC and the overall frequency of specialist consultation was approaching significance, F (1,248) = 2.97, β = -.009, p = .086.

Moreover, GSH concentrations were generally lower in children with MASLD compared to non-MASLD controls at most time points, with a significant difference observed at 1100 (p = 0.021) and approaching significance at 0800 (p = 0.086) and 2100 (p = 0.093, Table S6A ).
