3.4 TDP‐43 type effect on total and regional WMH burden 3.4.1 Type‐ α relative to TDP‐43 negative Type‐ α showed an overall trend for greater total WMH burden (+30%, p = 0.09) compared to TDP‐43(−) participants (Figure 5A ).
