Subgroup analysis demonstrated similar survival impact for patients with low- and high-volume disease (HR for death, 0.67 and 0.68; 95% CI 0.34–1.32 and 0.50–0.92) while prior docetaxel use demonstrated a statistical trend toward worse survival (HR for death,1.27; 95% CI 0.52–3.09).
