In this analysis, there was a numerical trend in baseline platelet count and response (i.e., platelet level ≥ 50 × 10 9 /L that is also 20 × 10 9 /L higher than baseline) decreasing from 71% in 18 patients with low TPO levels (< 115 pg/mL), 45% in eight patients with normal TPO levels (115–228 pg/mL), and 15% in five patients with high TPO levels (> 228 pg/mL) [ 35 ].
There is a numerical trend indicating that flumazenil-associated encounters required more interventions to improve ECT effects compared with nonflumazenil encounters, including lead placement change and caffeine provision.

It is important to note that while there appears to be a numerical trend suggesting a slightly elevated per‐eye risk in bilateral surgery compared with unilateral surgery, this meta‐analysis did not find sufficient evidence to conclude a statistically significant independent additional risk beyond simply having twice as many eyes at risk.
Although statistical analysis in each stimulus size did not reveal a significant difference between the sighting and the nonsighting eyes ( P > 0.05 across stimulus sizes), a numerical trend suggests a transition from the sighting eye dominance in the no-attention condition to attentional selected nonsighting eye dominance under the attention condition ( Fig. 2 H).
However, at sensitivity analysis excluding those two studies from our analysis, results showed to be consistent with the absence of any significant difference between the two groups, even though a numerical trend emerged in favor of immediate (single-stage) complete revascularization for the composite endpoint of all cause death, repeat revascularization and MI ( Supplementary Fig. 9 ).
