Meanwhile, there’s a clear trend of rising PLVs in Seg. 2 to 4, from ∼0.2 to ∼0.8, which correlated with the frequencies of the involved oscillators for PLVs, wherein the phase-given components (e.g., δ , θ , α , Lβ , Hβ , and Lγ ) contributed more to this difference than the amplitude-given ones (e.g., θ , α , Lβ , Hβ , Lγ , and Hγ ).
The overall mean was 37.5±3.6 mmHg and 39.3±3.6 mmHg, respectively at rest and exercise, being significantly higher in the latter case. Discussion The results of this study were coherent with the tested hypothesis, as long as there was: 1) a progressive increase in A 1 for SV as a function of the LBNP level, 2) a clear trend toward a reduction of A 1 of HR with LBNP, 3) invariant time constants.
Overall, most exons studied were significantly misspliced in adult DM1 brain samples, compared to non-DM controls: eight out of eleven exons were affected in frontal cortex ( ITGB4 exon 35 and MPDZ exon 28 showed a clear trend but did not reach statistical significance) (Fig. 9d ), whereas all exons studied were misspliced in the hippocampus of DM1 patients (Fig. 9e ).
