The rectification index for cells from normal eyes was 0.97 ± 0.04 ( n = 14) compared to 0.52 ± 0.03 in retinas from HT eyes ( n = 13), a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001).

Across these 25 NVGRP lines, there was highly significant among-line variation in sex ratio (Binomial GLM: F 24,918 = 15.244, P < 0.0001).
pneumoniae cases, males were predominant, comprising 155 (55.76%) of the cases, with a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001).
The earlier trial also found no difference in walking speed (effect size = 0.00 [−0.08, 0.08]) 9 , 11 but did report a highly significant increase ( P = .0001) in FAC score from a median of 1 (1-1) to 2 (1-2). 12 However, the earlier trial had a greater risk of potential bias than the one reported here for the following reasons: randomization was not to group but to the order of each individual using an AFO once the control walk (without AFO) had been made; observers were not masked to conditions because participants used the AFO during testing sessions; and an independent randomization service was not used.
Comparison between before 24 weeks gestations and at 37 weeks gestations showed a highly significant decrease (p<0.0001) in fasting blood glucose level.
In addition, GRA35 DNA/mRNA prime–boost regimens resulted in a highly significant reduction in brain cyst numbers ( p < 0.0001) compared with the control group.
However, the increase in the fitness cost for growth in the biofilm was highly significant ( P < 0.0001 by a two-tailed t test) for streptomycin ( rpsL K42R) and rifampicin ( rpoB S531L) resistance.
Substitution saturation is marginally significant for the SKL1 family (p = 0.07) and highly significant for the SK family (p<0.0001).
Using using χ 2 analysis lower 25-OHD levels were associated with a significant trend towards increasing levels of OHE ( P < 0.0001).
As expected, FSHD2 patients showed a highly significant (Mann–Whitney U test; p < 0.0001) D4Z4 hypomethylation (11 ± 7%; range 3–30%) compared to controls (51 ± 12%; range 19–76%).
The χ 2 test was highly significant for all three pathologists when compared with AFMR scores (p<0.0001) as was the test for a linear-by-linear association (p<0.0001).
When analyzed with respect to postnatal age, there were highly significant group differences in FB size between on-time and advanced births ( F (1,81) = 69.06, p < 0.0001; Fig. 4 A , left), as well as between on-time and delayed births ( F (1,60) = 56.91, p < 0.0001; Fig. 4 B , left).
In these patients, we found a highly significant association between dissatisfaction with treatment and the amount of bone shortening, (p < 0.0001), as well as with a diaphyseal location (p < 0.05) and with the female sex (p = 0.004).
Upregulation of miR-132-3p led to a small, but consistent, enhancement of NMT2 expression (118%) whereas down-regulation of miR-132-3p was associated with a highly significant decrease in NMT2 expression (39%) ( p = 0.0001).
Notably, the combination treatment resulted in the most pronounced improvement with a highly significant reduction in TC, LDL and TG ( p < 0.0001) and a marked increase in HDL ( p < 0.001) (Fig. 8 ).
We observed a highly significant effect of session number on the performance deficit magnitude (F(1,752)=15.33; p<0.0001) with a positive slope of 0.01 ± 0.002, that is, the performance deficit caused by muscimol decreased by ~1% each session (relative to baseline performance level; Figure 3E ).
This separation is highly significant ( p < 10 −4 , permutation test, see Materials and Methods).
The trend analysis indicated a significant trend across all models (P < 0.0001 in Models 1 and 2, P = 0.003 in Model 3), suggesting that higher levels of PA, as reflected by the MBB index, are associated with a progressively lower risk of ED.
Statistical analysis (independent t -tests) confirmed that these differences were highly significant from day 13 onward ( p < 0.0001).
For both biocatalysts, the computed F-values (91.76 for CALA-MNP and 26.22 for CALB-MNP) were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
There was a highly significant difference between the South District and each of the five other districts (p < 0.0001) as follows: Jerusalem (IRR = 0.20, 95% CI: 0.14–0.29), North (IRR = 0.17, 95% CI: 0.12–0.22), Haifa (IRR = 0.18, 95% CI: 0.11–0.27), Center (IRR = 0.14, 95% CI: 0.07–0.23), and Tel Aviv (IRR = 0.11, 95% CI: 0.01–0.44).
