The inhibitory effect of anti-rTsSPc antibody was antibody dose-dependent ( r = 0.967, P < 0.01), and exhibited a decreasing trend with increasing of serum dilution ( F = 1797.671, P < 0.0001) ( Fig 16E ).
Excerpts
The results revealed that in group I (HILT group), there was highly significant decrease in both wound size and appearance (p<0.0001).
Together, these results depicted that the obtained linear model was highly significant ( p -value < 0.0001) and a lack of fit showed no significance ( p -value > 0.05).
Statistical significance was defined as significant (* p -value ≤ 0.05), very significant (** p -value ≤ 0.01), highly significant (*** p -value ≤ 0.001) and extremely significant (**** p -value ≤ 0.0001). 5.
The study revealed a highly significant reduction in the rate of major cardiovascular events with descending levels of LDL-cholesterol ( p < 0.0001) with a decrease of 22 percent in combined cardiovascular end point (including coronary artery disease, nonfatal MI, and resuscitated cardiac arrest and a reduction of 20 percent in cardiac deaths with lower LDL levels) [ 24 ].
The mean preoperative satisfaction score was 42.88 ± 19.3, while the mean postoperative score was 84.83 ± 7.6, statistically highly significant improvement ( p < 0.0001).
Within group analysis, difference was statistically highly significant ( P <0.0001) in septic AKI but not in septic non-AKI group ( P <0.01).
Given the highly significant negative correlations between FAI FAT and %F in both sexes of the examined sample (males: r = − 0.5013; females: r = − 0.3564; p < 0.0001), we performed a regression analysis identifying body misperception for subjects with FAI FAT ≥ 2 or ≤ − 2 (Figs. 1 and 2 ) in accordance with previous studies [ 41 , 42 ] on the interpretation of perceived figure (Feel figure) and actual anthropometric values.
A positive da value was highly significant ( t = 21.463, p < 0.0001), showing a higher response in antibody level for the vaccinated group (~16x higher scaling response, a control ~ 0.03; a vaccinated = a control + da ~ 0.52), and a higher antibody level over time following vaccination.
The overall model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), indicating that bacterial concentration and assay configuration together explained most of the variability in signal.
The mean levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) measured in the AMI and non-AMI groups showed a highly significant correlation with ELM (r = 0.72, p<0.0001) ( figure 4a ) but not with ELM-2 (r = 0.023, p = 0.89) ( figure 4b ).
There was a significant trend ( P < 0.0001) for progression of hepatic disease from fibrosis to cirrhosis and eventually to HCC with increasing age ( P < 0.0001).
In contrast, the topological polar surface area showed minimal overlap and a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001, paired two-sided t -test) between aglycones and saponins.
The difference between group I (wt/wt, R/Q211) and group II (I/M142, Q/K222) was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The changes with time were, as expected from earlier studies (Lee et al.,, 1991a) very highly significant, but more interestingly so was the interaction between time and dose (P<0.0001).
The improvement between the two visits was highly significant ( p < 0.0001, Table 1 ).
The ANOVA revealed that the main effects of both the GS model and the growing season were highly significant for all traits ( p < 0.0001).
The free binding energies of kaempferol and catechin were highly significant with p < 0.0001 and p < 0.001, respectively.
This difference was already highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The changes in expression between ab and scrib − + ab samples were also all highly significant (p<0.0001).
The linear regressions on age were all very highly significant ( P < 0.0001), accounting for a minimum of 61% of the variance.
Throughout the biophysical simulations for ligand screening, the effects of each lipocalin, the ligand and their interactions on the dependent variable for the binding energy and distance from the active site were highly significant ( P-value < 0.0001; Table 1 ).
A Kruskal–Wallis rank sum test indicated a highly significant effect of category on daily movement distance (χ2 = 235.91, df = 2, p < 0.0001).
On both primary outcome days (Day 4 and Day 7), these rate differences were highly significant ( p < 0.0001), indicating clinically meaningful effects.
The association between the total BABS score and insight specifiers too was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
