This highly significant (p = 0.0001) overlap strongly supports the view that at least 294 (26%) of the Ubx-bound genes we identify are likely to be direct Ubx-regulated targets.
A One-Way ANOVA with repeated measures shows that the difference between conditions was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), whereas there were no differences between run 1 and run 2 (see Tables 2a and 2b ).
Although the linear effect of saponin concentration was not statistically significant (F = 3.39, p = 0.0814), the quadratic effect was highly significant (F = 117.50, p < 0.0001), confirming the curvature of the response.
Kaplan–Meier survival curves for all groups were compared using a log-rank (Mantel–Cox) test, which revealed a highly significant difference among treatments (χ 2 = 73.94, df = 7, p < 0.0001).
The search term “punaise de lit” accounts for 60 % of the topic searches and shows good agreement (Kendal τ = 0.96, p < 0.0001) between the terms which show similar seasonality and a positive trend with time with the topic term ( p <.0001).
The strength of the relationship, measured using the Spearman correlation coefficient, was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) in both cases, with very high values (LU: 0.82 and UU: 0.88).
Repeated measures ANOVA showed highly significant effects of age (p<0.0001), the interaction of age with Lepr genotype (p<0.0001), the interaction of age with BN congenic genotype (p = 0.0055), and lesser significance for Lepr genotype and BN congenic genotype interaction (p = 0.0330).
LVEF ≤ 0.45 was the single independent and highly significant predictor of early CHF among other clinical and echocardiographic variables (odds ratio 17.0; [95% CI 4.1 - 70.8]; p < 0.0001).
In the moderator test, the estimated model was highly significant with QM ( df = 4) = 41.21 and p < 0.0001.
A Kruskal–Wallis test revealed highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001) in CC distribution between resistant and susceptible groups, indicating a lineage-linked resistance phenotype, and identifying CC31 and CC155 as consistently sensitive.
The repeated measures analysis of feather brightness resulted in a final model that included highly significant effects of exposure time ( F 1,590.44 =26.09, P <0.0001) and pigment identity ( F 1,514.84 =4.06, P =0.044).
From the results, it was obvious to see that the regression of this model was extremely significant ( p < 0.0001).
Variation of hominin body size by time Linear regressions of body size by chronometric age ( figure 1 ) find a strong positive and highly significant correlation with body mass ( F = 226.551; p < 0.0001; R 2 = 0.475; d.f. = 250) and stature ( F = 125.337; p < 0.0001; R 2 = 0.384; d.f. = 201).
The regression equation between the independent and dependent variables was derived from the fitting process: Y = 29.52 + 0.9 A + 0.6375 B ‐ 1.24 C + 0.675 AB ‐ 0.375 AC ‐ 0.3 BC ‐ 1.76 A 2 ‐ 1.54 B 2 ‐ 2.33 C 2 R 2 = 0.994 The regression model for EE was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), while the lack-of-fit term was non-significant ( P = 0.6507), indicating good model adequacy.
Establishment of Regression Equation Model and Significance Test Response-surface analysis ( Tables S2 and S3 ) yielded a highly significant model ( p < 0.0001) with non-significant lack of fit ( p = 0.1273), indicating that only random error contributed to residuals.
The median serum sCD163 in SLE patients was 12.3 ng/mL (IQR: 7.5–20.0), compared with 3.2 ng/mL (IQR: 3.0–3.8) in Non-SLE CKD patients, a difference that was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
As shown in Figure 4 b, analysis of the GAAATT motif in the promoters of these genes by POBO shows that enrichment of this motif is highly significant (p-value < 0.0001) [ 31 ]. qPCR confirmed that expression of all cluster members was induced in response to infection with Pma ES4326, this induction was significantly suppressed in the cbp60g sard1 mutant for AGP5 , At5g52760 and CML47 ; CML46 expression was lower in the double mutant but with a high p-value of 0.097 (Figure 4 c).
