Most of the 17 spruce species had a ground diameter of approximately 2 cm, still, the differences among species were highly significant ( P < 0.0001), and the basal diameters ( BD 6 ) of P. meyeri and P. schrenkiana were relatively small, showing poor environmental adaptability (Fig. 3 B).
Gel and capillary electrophoresis correlate well for estimating the concentration of the five serum protein fractions When the serum total protein concentration was entered into Phoresis software and then used to calculate the individual protein fractions, we obtained a highly significant (p < 0.0001) correlation between the gel and capillary electrophoresis values.

The results in Table 7 demonstrate a highly significant difference among algorithms ( P <0.0001), substantiating the robustness of bDTOPRS in feature selection.
That approach resulted in similar results as in the linear models described above, with highly significant associations between low BDE-47 concentrations and the genotypes with MAF in the 0.36-0.45 range (all p = 10 -4 to 10 -6 )(data not shown).
The linear model without the random effect between indentation modulus and the degree of mineralization is highly significant and the modulus increases with higher degree of mineralization (Fig. 8 A , linear model p < .0001).
As shown in Table 5 , there were negative correlations that were highly significant between HDAC4 levels and the BMI (r 2 =-0.66; P < 0.0001 ), PBF (r 2 =-0.58; P = 0.0012 ) and RANTES (r 2 =-0.8; P = 0.001 ) and a positive correlation with V O2 Max (r 2 =0.54; P = 0.024 ).
The Gompertz curve fitted to the entire data set was highly significant ( F = 5127.5, P > 0.0001, df = 2, 107) and accounted for 99% of the total variation in the data ( Table 2 ).

The EFA was appropriate as indicated by a Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin (KMO) measure of sampling adequacy of 0.845 and a highly significant Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity ( χ 28 2 = 6633.465, p < 0.0001).
In fact, negative and highly significant Mantel correlation was observed for the DArT markers (−0.49, P <0.0001), confirming the presence of isolation-by-distance as the probable cause of the family structure found and once again justifying the inclusion of the K matrix in the association genetics analyses.
To statistically confirm this trend, a Jonckheere–Terpstra test was performed, revealing a highly significant positive trend between LT4 dosage and FT4 levels (JT = 2,029,623, P < 0.0001).
This trend was also consistent in the SEER test cohort, and the difference between different pN M intervals after correction was highly significant (all P <0.0001) ( Figure 2 ).
The two-way ANOVA revealed highly significant between-subject effects for all scores and subscores ( p < 0.0001).
Statistical analysis revealed a highly significant change in microbead size over time (p < 0.0001), and all data are reported as mean ± standard deviation. 3.1.3 Viability of encapsulated imHCs in click-RGD microbeads The viability of imHCs encapsulated in alginate and click-RGD microbeads was evaluated by confocal microscopy using fluorescent dyes and is summarized in Figure 4A .
The model snakes mimicking the snakes found on limestone had significantly greater achromatic and chromatic contrasts on volcanic rocks (achromatic: F 1,15 = 80.13, P <0.0001; chromatic: F 1,15 = 6.930, P = 0.019), while model snakes representing the snakes found on volcanic rock only had significantly greater achromatic contrasts on limestone, however chromatic contrasts was nearing significance (achromatic: F 1,15 = 38.33, P <0.0001; chromatic: F 1,15 = 5.669, P = 0.031).
