This correlation appears modest, but it is highly significant (at p < 0.0001), especially between 1<RPKM FP <1024, indicating that RPKM FP can be a good proxy of protein-production by canonical ORF translation at moderate to high levels.
All correlations were highly significant (p < 0.0001).
We demonstrated that sublingual DHEA administration (50 mg daily) increased free testosterone, total testosterone, androstenedione, and DHEAS levels in a highly significant manner ( P <0.0001).
In contrast, the regression was significant (ANOVA: F 1,198 = 113.3754, P< 0.0001) but the Lack-of-Fit was also highly significant (ANOVA: F 8,190 = 22.9589, P< 0.0001) for the Explicit-Shaping bees over the entire set of covered trials (trials 11–20).
This difference is highly significant statistically (p < .0001).
Variance between the two years was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), contributing 39.4% to the total phenotypic variance of As accumulation ( Supplementary Table S2 ).
Further, comparing the 100–300 and 300–500 ms time-windows directly using the pre-stimulus baseline demonstrates a highly significant C ondition × T ime-window × AP interaction [ F (1, 25) = 31.45, p < 0.0001].
In the same region, we identified several markers near-significant ( p < 0.0001) for crown rust reaction and severity and one marker significant for days to anthesis (GMI_ES03_c7453_413).
The ANOVA results yielded a highly significant P-value of <0.0001, while the Wilcoxon signed-rank test produced a P-value of 0.002, both of which strongly support the superiority of our method over conventional approaches.
A highly significant reduction in the expression levels of the target genes, with a p -value of < 0.0001 compared to the control, was detected for both tested isolates C6 and C21.
This analysis revealed highly significant main effects of dose (F 4,160 ≈ 848.5, p < 0.0001), wavelength (F 1,160 ≈ 252.2, p < 0.0001), and cellular age-status (F 1,160 ≈ 1466.8, p < 0.0001), indicating that metabolic activity varied significantly with PBM fluence, irradiation source, and replicative aging.
Bulb firmness The analysis of variance revealed that the main effects of variety, storage duration and preharvest treatment were highly significant ( P < 0.0001 ) on bulb firmness.
After imputing missing studies in the funnel plot, adjustment of effect size for possible publication bias using the trim-and-fill correction results in decreased, albeit still highly significant estimate of pooled mean difference (adjusted = −0.36 logMAR; 95% CI: −0.44; −0.28; p < 0.0001).
Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) revealed that majority of the genetic variance originated from variation among individuals within populations (92.78 %) and was highly significant (FST = 0.07219, P < 0.0001).
As described above, maximal respiratory capacity of cells, was significantly lower in the cells cultured for 8 days in HG when compared to the controls, and this reduction became highly significant (P<0.0001) after 12 days of culture in HG, with 3 fold reduction of maximal OCR (P<0.0001, Fig. 3 A) and 4 fold reduction in the reserve capacity when compared to cells cultured in NG (P<0.001).
The correlation between log 10 building mortalities (m) and log 10 population size (N) was highly significant ( r = 0.57, P <0.0001, n = 147), as was the correlation between log 10 tower mortalities and log 10 population size ( r = 0.43, P <0.0001, n = 188) ( Figure 1 ).
Averaging over the five production years, plant treatment and fertilization effects were both highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
For each peptide, the comparison between MS and controls by analyzing either mean seroreactivity values or the number of positive patients was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
There was a highly significant difference (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, P<.0001) between the CDF for orientation 0° and those for either 90° or 180° orientation.
The mean change from baseline was 0.97 ± 0.40 to 0.39 across all follow-ups with a highly significant P- value of < 0.0001, indicating a sustained and statistically significant enhancement in contrast sensitivity over the 12 months [ Fig. 2 ].
