Further analysis by Kruskal–Wallis showed a highly significant difference ( p = 0.0001).

These plots display that while cadence is not different between TD and CPH groups, there was a 22.0% decrease in walking speed in the CPH group ( P < 0.0001) and highly significant ( P < 0.0001) increases in knee flexion in stance phase (21.57° increase in CPH), swing phase (14.57° increase in CPH), initial contact (IC) (35.53° increase in CPH) and overall (18.58° increase in CPH) ( Fig. 6C and D ).
However, the existence of various Enterobacterales among each animal and human sources showed highly significant variations ( P = 0.0001).
All effects and interactions were highly significant ( P < 0.0001, F -test; n = 10,612 in total).
During the first identifiable wave, the average fluorescence increase was 218% relative to baseline ( n = 8, range [114–349%]) and was highly significant ( p < 10 −4 ; t -test).
In both cases, the difference in the distribution of the individual cells among the classes of GFP intensities from the untreated and the Doxy-treated mice is highly significant ( p < 0.0001 by Chi square) ( Figures 3D , E ).
The rate showed a significant correlation with a coefficient of −1.38 ( p < 0.0001), with an AR coefficient also highly significant of 0.88 ( p < 0.0001).
Highly significant correlations were observed between overall CLDQ score with SF-36 PCS (r=0.82, p<0.0001) and SF-36 MCS (r=0.67, p<0.0001) scores.
Such models were highly significant (p < 0.0001) for determining TPC, TFC, ABTS, OH, and DPPH.
Figure 4 shows a bar graph of the average A , ε m a x , ε ∞ , τ r of the 4 cell lines and indicates the level of significance: where p > 0.05 is not significant (ns), 0.01 < p < 0.05 is significant (*), 0.001 < p < 0.01 is very significant (**), 0.0001 < p < 0.001 is extremely significant (***) and p < 0.0001 is extremely significant (****), raw values can be found in Table S1 .
Epidural LOR measurements had an increasing trend with higher thoracic level ( p < 0.0001).
All comparisons were nominally significant ( P < 0.0001).
The mean age at death for animals unaffected was 614 days (SEM ± 20) compared to 741 days (SEM ± 18) for animals with pathology; a difference which is highly significant ( p < 0.0001, two-tailed unpaired t test).
We performed a sensitivity analysis to test the reliability of the meta-analysis, which showed that removing any one study would not lead to a marginally significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.0001; Supplementary Figs. 35–36 ).
Post hoc pairwise t tests using CAR-T monotherapy as the reference revealed no significant difference for CAR-T + aPD-L1, a statistically significant reduction for CAR-T + TGF-βi ( p < 0.05), and a highly significant effect for the CAR-T + dual TGF-βi/aPD-L1 ( p < 0.0001).
Pairwise rank order correlations are highly significant (p<0.0001), however, ovarian tumors consistently exhibit the lowest correlations (mean ρ=0.896±0.014) while breast tumors exhibit the highest correlations (mean ρ=0.961±0.028).
The level of significance was evaluated using P-values, with the following classifications: P≥0.05 denotes non-significant results, P≤0.05 denotes significant results, P≤ 0.01 denotes highly significant results, and P≤0.0001 denotes very highly significant results.
The two approaches showed very strong agreement, with a highly significant correlation ( p < 0.0001, r = 0.99).
Additionally, IL-1β levels exhibited an increasing trend in the C.T subgroups [n = 36, 95% CI (0.63,2.12), SMD = |1.38|, I 2 = 0.0%, P-value <0.0001].
Following logarithmic transformation of both variables, the analysis revealed a moderate but highly significant negative correlation ( r = –0.5262; P <.0001) ( Figure 2 ).
One-way ANOVA statistical analysis also established that there existed an extremely highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001) among the test concentrations.
It is also plausible that these inconsistent results are due to the relatively small sample size in MRI studies, as a related clinical study from TREND with a much larger sample size ( N = 661) revealed a highly significant and slightly stronger correlation between TMT B-A and DT gait speed while subtracting ( p < 0.0001, r = 0.27) ( Hobert et al., 2017 ).
Overall, primary efficacy analysis showed the difference in terminal hair density change at 26 weeks from baseline between lasercomb and sham treatment was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) in both female trials (Fig. 2 a, b).
The ANOVA analysis ( Figure 3 ) showed a highly significant change from the initial level of the NRS score to all follow up values ( p < 0.0001), demonstrating that the goal of reducing pain was achieved with statistical significance during follow-up.
Interestingly, we found a highly significant positive correlation between KI67 LI and TUNEL levels both at baseline ( Figure 3 ) and surgery ( Figure 4 ) (Spearman's ρ =0.5 and 0.6, respectively, P <0.0001).
