Excluding this study reduced the pooled heterogeneity considerably (I2 = 20.7%) and produced a pooled OR of 1.75 (95% CI: 1.50–2.03), with the p-value changing from non-significant ( p = 0.13) to highly significant ( p < 0.0001).

For example, the WTCCC [13] required a marginally significant (p-value<10 −4 ) GWAS SNP to support the evidence at a genome-wide significant imputed SNP.
M+F+A− genes were also significantly overrepresented on the X at a 2-fold expression threshold ( f (X) = 0.26, p = 0.03), and at larger thresholds the effect became highly significant, the frequency of X-linkage reaching 0.50 ( p = 0.0001) and 0.57 ( p = 0.0002) for 5- and 10-fold overexpressed genes, respectively.
In these additional analyses, the difference in GCV frequencies between WT and PARP−/− cells at the IgL locus remains highly significant ( p <.0001 and p = .0006, respectively), although the number of mutations scored at the less well defined IgH locus was not sufficient to reveal a significant difference in these more conservative analyses ( p = .1023 and p = .1280, respectively).
Initially, all members of the ‘MELmiR-17’ (miR-4469 was excluded due to assay failure) panel underwent a simple Mann–Whitney U test to identify the highly significant ( p < 0.0001) miRNAs to be included in the next step ( Fig. 1 ).
The multivariable regression analysis revealed a highly significant, positive linear association between log(NfL) and age ( p = 0.0001), indicating that NfL increased by 1.4% (95% CI 1.0%–2.1%) with each additional year of age, whereas it showed a weak, inverse association with storage time ( p = 0.02), suggesting a 0.3% (95% CI 0.1%–0.5%) decrease with each additional year of storage; additionally, NfL was 17.0% (95% CI 0.0%–37.9%) higher in male than in female patients, although the association between NfL and sex was not statistically significant ( p = 0.054).
The quadratic ANOVA model for 56-day compressive strength was highly significant (F = 105.49, p < 0.0001), supported by excellent fit statistics (R2 = 0.93, Adjusted R2 = 0.93, Predicted R2 = 0.91).
This highly significant bootstrap P -value ( P < 0.0001) suggests that right-hemisphere dominance is a robust and consistent feature of the neural response to DAF.
Overall, insecticide treatments were highly significant (F 5, 30 = 45.5, p < 0.0001), with thrips populations significantly reduced by the following: spinosad (average 99% reduction compared with control plants), B. bassiana (94%), M. brunneum (93%), I. fumosorosea (62%), and 1% oil (58%).
In this particular experiment, the differences in mean DDGS fumonisin contamination among all of the hybrids were highly significant ( p < 0.0001 for all pairwise combinations) with non- Bt > Cry1Ab > Cry1Ab/Vip3Aa.
The duration of outdoor exposure had a highly significant effect on the amount of moisture lost by both hydrogel types (ANOVA, df = 14, F = 123.2, P < 0.0001).
This difference was found to be highly significant at 5 minutes ( P <0.0001), 30 minutes ( P <0.0001), and 45 minutes after CO 2 insufflation ( P <0.0001) and at 1 minute after extubation ( P <0.0001) but was found to be statistically comparable at 1 minute after CO 2 insufflation and at 10 minutes after extubation.
2004 ). Highly significant correlations in PSE were found between Drosophila species (Pearson correlation, r = 0.63, P < 0.0001; r = 0.66, P < 0.0001; and r = 0.54, P < 0.0001 for sim , sec , and pse , respectively; table 5 ).
This study revealed a highly significant difference with a P < 0.0001 when comparing MO-CON with MO, MO-WT-mRNA and MO-R925S-mRNA.
The reduction in AF burden was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) ( Table 2 ).
This was validated by ARS quantification, revealing a highly significant 6-fold increase in ARS concentration in the LT-Ti group compared to the SLA-Ti group (****, p < 0.0001; Figure 6 B).
A highly significant (P < 0.0001) decrease in MWCNT lung burden with post-exposure time was determined.
The results remained highly significant ( P < 0.0001 by linear regression).
The ANOVA analysis ( Figure 3 ) showed a highly significant change from the initial level of the NRS score to all follow up values ( p < 0.0001), demonstrating that the goal of reducing pain was achieved with statistical significance during follow-up.
We found a highly significant positive correlation (r = 0.33, P = 0.0001), suggesting some influence of diarrhea severity on racecadotril effectiveness measured by TTR.
There was a strong correlation between vertical and volume loss; this correlation was highly significant ( r 2 = 0.99 for Tetric Ceram, TEC and Gradia Direct Posterior; p = 0.0001; Fig. 4 ).
