In all tissues and platforms, we observed highly significant but small positive correlation between differences in gene expression as measured by p -values and CNV size (all p < 2 × 10 −6 and all rho < 0.22).
Excerpts
The proportion of infection (clear spots) in 63 microviruses of the collection previously reported ( Van Cauwenberghe et al., 2021 ) showed a significant trend to infect R. etli over R. phaseoli (two-samples t-test p = 2 × 10 −6 ; Figures 2B , C ).
However, it was highly significant on the individual level with greater power (B = 5.4, p = 2 × 10 –6 ), suggesting that in Eastern Hungary the trend of respondents in larger settlements having later chronotypes is amplified.
For the VL muscle, a strong and significant correlation was already evident during R 1 ( r = 0.71, p = 0.014), and this relationship intensified to a very strong, highly significant correlation during R 2 ( r = 0.96, p = 0.000002), as depicted in Figure 5 . 4.
Although the sample size was small, this association was highly significant (p=0.000002), warranting further study of variables and associations.
The comparison between groups A and B, both located in introns of genes expressed in placenta, shows that group A displays highly significant lower methylation than group B ( P = 2e −06 ).
In a meta‐analysis including 13 independent samples (total N = 1402), the EII demonstrated validity in assessing degree of personality disturbance, its overall weighted effect size with other measures of psychiatric severity being r = 0.29 and highly significant ( p = 0.000002) (Diener et al., 2011 ).
At the national level, it also showed a negative trend between prevalence and SDI (R = −0.33, p = 2 × 10 −6 ) ( Supplementary Figure S6A ).
The analysis revealed a significant effect of sample type ( F = 4.70, p = 0.020) and a highly significant effect of treatment time ( F = 38.65, p = 2.00 × 10 −6 ), indicating that both hydrogel composition and healing time significantly influenced wound recovery.
The addition of IL-6 and IL-8 to a model of mortality prediction composed of clinical variables was highly significant (LR P = 2 × 10 −6 and 1.5 × 10 −5 , respectively) ( Supplementary Table 4 ).
For example, the mean temperature differences between the phantoms with and without magnetic nanoparticles were significant ( p < 0.02) for 10.3 W of acoustic power and highly significant for 5.8 W and 2.7 W ( p < 0.000002 and p < 0.0000005, respectively).
SNP rs116121322 in LRRC27 showed nominally significant association with POAG in the discovery cohort (OR = 29.85, P = 2E–06).
In this model, the coefficient for WAS presence was positive and highly significant, as expected (coefficient = 3.24, p = 2 × 10 −6 ), indicating that it was related to an increase in SRB.
The differences in gene expression between the immune clusters were highly significant for all 10 cell populations (all p < 2e-06) (Supplemental Figure S3a).
Differences between the data from this study and published data are highly significant, with p = 2 . × 10 −6 nd p = 7 × 10 −6 , correspondingly.
We found a highly significant effect of compression ( P = 2e-6) with an estimated ABpr/ABpl ratio of 0.99 for the uncompressed embryos ( Supplementary Fig.
A χ 2 test comparing the 2 treatments (without collection date as a factor) indicates that the difference in cure rate of 80.8% vs 100% is highly significant, χ 2 = 22.6, n = 222, d.f. = 1., p = 2e–6.
This correlation was larger than the prespecified threshold of ρ = 0.30 and clearly significant with p < 2×10 -6 (Table 2 and Table 3 ).
The determined Spearman’s correlation was 0.87 and highly significant ( P = 2 × 10 −6 ), as was the Pearson’s correlation (0.85; P = 4 × 10 −6 ).
The corresponding rm-ANOVA (3 face conditions×14 ROIs) showed highly significant effects of Face condition (F(2,18) = 30.4, p<0.000002, H-F epsilon = 0.997, p<0.000002), and ROI (F(13,117) = 4.44, H-F epsilon = 0.26, p<0.008), and a significant interaction between these two factors (F(26,234) = 2, p<0.005, H-F epsilon = 0.5, p<0.03).

Twenty-six SNPs (11 non-synonymous and 14 synonymous) showed statistically significant differences (P<0.05), and two SNPs, in position 1039 and 1041 of cagE , showed a highly significant association with cancer (p-value = 2.07×10 −6 ), and the variant codon was located in the VirB3 homology domain of Agrobacterium .
The median turnover time using the xTAG GPP assay was 1 day, ranging from 0.5 days to a maximum of 2 days except one sample that was lost for several days due to a mail transportation error, whilst the median turnover time for the classical diagnostic algorithm was 3 days (Figure 1 ), which was highly significant with a p-value of p = 0.0000021 resulting from the one-sided T-test for paired samples and a p-value of p = 0.0000042 for the two-sided T-test.
