The concentrations display a decreasing trend with an increase of pore size in all samples (Fig. 4A ).

Under the influence of fungal strains NFC-14 and NFC-16, the intI1 gene abundance with W source showed a decreasing trend at the migration point compared to the inoculation point, while for fungal strain NFC-5 it was enhanced along the hyphal network, bringing the inoculum level to its migration front (Fig. 5c ).
