Even a relatively small quantitative change in the external conditions of plant growth, but developed over a large area, associated with the characteristics of geochemical provinces, causes a fairly significant change in the content of elements in plants.
Excerpts
a clear trendgold
A clear trend towards an increase in the relative concentration of 6-hydroxycyanidin alongside an increase in colouration was not observed ( Figure 1 ).
pallida accession RHS N999D was lower and almost insignificant (=0.01) in comparison with the other four accessions.
Mean squares due to genotype × environment interactions were highly significant for major traits.
Under high salinity (12.0 dS m −1 ), all CSR indices exhibited highly significant correlations with the four variables (r values ≥ 0.65).
a notable trendgold
Interestingly, at the 16 October sampling, there was a notable trend for a greater net loss of N under the June-sown catch crop treatments than other August-sown treatments and the fallow control, despite the greater amounts of N that had been taken up by the respective crops.
Our analysis of the gravitropic index of eir1-4 PIN2::PIN2:VEN roots showed that sucrose is like glucose leading to a small, but highly significant randomization of root growth, which is not dependent on the root illumination regime, LGR with sucrose 0.95 ± SE 0.003/SD 0.03; LGR without sucrose 0.97 ± SE 0.002/SD 0.01; DGR with sucrose 0.94 ± SE 0.003/SD 0.023; and DGR without sucrose 0.97 ± SE 0.001/SD 0.01 ( Figure 7 A).
a slight trendgold
In our study, although no statistical differences were observed between the treatments, there was a slight trend towards greater firmness in figs covered with NPs and P.
Conversely, the relationship between the daily average value of sap flow density and stem water potential in NB was highly significant and positive ( Figure 7 c), indicating that this cultivar responded to a reduction in available water (more negative Ψ stem ) by closing stomata and reducing water fluxes (lower Q ave ).
Growth and Metabolism of Arabidopsis as Influenced by BASTA and/or NrEO BASTA-exposed Arabidopsis was characterized by the highly significant reduced fresh weight (FW) of shoots and roots ( Supplementary Materials Table S1 ), and this decrease was dose-dependent in shoots ( Figure 1 C).
The F 2 plants were genotyped with BstNI_ 8.89 and a highly significant association between this marker and DSI was obtained [ P (F) = 1.5 × 10 −85 , R 2 = 91%, Table 6 ]. 2.9.
ANOVA results based on leaf tissue analysis for the linear model, z-score ~ age, were marginally significant in both 2018 and 2019, and subsequent post hoc Fisher’s least significant difference (LSD) and pairwise t -tests revealed significant differences between ages 1 and 14 years and 5 and 14 years ( Figure 2 A) in the 2018 cohorts, and between ages 2 and 11 years old ( Figure 2 B) in the 2019 cohorts.
So, we opted for the acidity of pH 4.0, which gave highly significant results (growth inhibition) compared with the nutrient control solution.
With the exception of stem height, highly significant interaction effects of PPFD and cover crop species were observed with other growth parameters and RGR.
Consistent with the aforementioned results of PF and MR, the reduction in the I 2 amplitude ( Figure 7 A,C,E,G) suggests a decreasing trend for PSI reduction activity at a high planting density.
Food Agricultural and Organization of the United Nations (FAO) reported that, from 2010 to 2015, there was an increasing and a decreasing trend of global plantations and natural forest areas, with the rate of 3.3 million ha/year and 6.5 million ha/year, respectively [ 2 , 25 ].
Statistical Analysis Significant differences in physiological traits among treatments and genotypes were analyzed using Duncan’s multiple range test (DMRT) in DPS7.05 software, and the differences at p < 0.05 and p < 0.01 were considered significant and highly significant, respectively.
Among all treatments, CCA + FOL showed a highly significant increase in peroxidase activity, followed by Ts alone compared with infected control.
While Put and Spd levels showed a decreasing pattern under salt stress conditions, Spm levels showed an increasing trend in the three lines, being significant in the moderately sensitive A17 and sensitive TN6.18 genotypes, suggesting an accumulation of Spm at the expense of Put and Spd.
Conversely, an increasing trend was found for the provenances of the Oregon dry coast and the provenances coming from the low-elevation sites of California.
The use of the RF model on more recent climatic normal periods (1971–2000, 1981–2010 and 1991–2020) confirmed the above-mentioned provenances as the most represented and suitable even if with a decreasing trend for British Columbia, while the Washington dry cost was almost stable ( Figure 4 ).
However, an increasing trend in stomatal conductance due to pathogen infection was observed at 16 dot. 2.4.3.
The interaction between the pathogen and drought stress was highly significant for ABA ( Appendix A Table A1 ).
“Jinxuan” samples, the contents of these metabolites showed a significant trend ( Figure 4 ).
A similar situation occurred with polished rice although it can be stressed that L values show an increasing trend from paddy to white grains.
