Results The modeling performance of the selected ensemble modeling strategy (median of probabilities) is 0.996 and 0.983 (ROC and TSS, respectively), which is considered highly significant [ 16 ], and it is the highest among the other strategies used (mean of probabilities, committee averaging and weighted sum of probabilities).
Excerpts
Furthermore, genotype (G) × environment (E) interaction was also highly significant ( Table 1 ), indicating that the accumulation levels in seeds are easily affected by environmental conditions.
Temperature was a highly significant factor, g s increased around anthesis with rising temperatures ( Figure 4 top).
Further, the effects of TU and SA were also found to be highly significant compared with the control.
a positive trendgold
Climate and Dendrochronology Studies Total annual precipitation was not reduced in the study area over the 20th century; indeed, the trend obtained for the period of 1921–2020 was significantly positive ( Figure S1a ; Table 1 ), mainly due to a positive trend in winter precipitation.
an adverse trendgold
By contrast, [C 10 NA][Br] and [C 16 NA][Br] exhibited an adverse trend. 2.5.
Although Spearman correlation coefficient between heptadecanoic acid and 9-(Z)-hexadecenoic acid was highly significant in correlation matrix, both of these acids were not in significant correlation to varietal resistance to Fusarium .
Phenotypic Data Analysis Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed highly significant differences for all traits between genotypes, between treatments and interactions between genotypes and treatments (G × T) in both years ( Table 1 ).
The authors indicated that the proanthocyanidin content of the fruit samples of these cultivars follows a decreasing trend, as follows: ‘Howes’ > ‘Mullica Queen’ and ‘Early Black’ > ‘Bugle’ > ‘Ben Lear’ [ 38 ].
Changes in the complex fluorescence parameter Performance Index (PI), which characterizes the overall physiological vitality of plants, showed a trend similar to that of F v /F m , but with less variability at lower values and larger variability at higher values ( Figure 5 ).
a negative trendgold
Changes in the number of living leaves for plants in “Apšuciems” substrate showed a negative trend during the experiment.
Overall, PlNCED2 maintained a high level of expression at stages 1-2, and it displayed a decreasing trend from stages 2 to 6 ( Figure S4 ).
The results showed that both the R and S biotypes GST activity rise sharply, induced by the quinclorac within a certain period of time, and showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.
The l x curve on the five host plants indicated a decreasing trend as age increased, and the deaths of the last adults on faba bean, soya bean, maize, wheat, and barley were at 57, 52, 47, 48, and 49 d, respectively.
Similarly, highly significant correlations have been found between the TPs and TAC DPPH or TAC FRAP in other studies [ 10 , 11 , 13 , 18 ].
The total anthoxanthin content in the white tulip and the red tulip showed a similar decreasing trend, while an increasing trend was observed in the black tulip.
As for the other eight JAZ subfamily genes, three members in different subgroups ( EoJAZ1 , EoJAZ4 , and EoJAZ20 ) showed gradually increasing expression from 1.5 h to 6 h and reached the highest upregulation at 6 h treatment; two members including EoJAZ3 and EoJAZ12 had the highest expression levels at 24 h treatment, with EoJAZ3 displaying an increasing trend over the whole process but EoJAZ12 showing downregulation before 24 h; while the expressions of the other three JAZ V members ( EoJAZ10 , EoJAZ18 , and EoJAZ19 ) were upregulated only at the early stage of treatment (1.5 h).
From 1902 to 1990, the SPEI in East Asian countries except South Korea indicated an increasing trend from spring to summer, and the lowest value appeared in autumn and winter when the drought was the most severe except in Mongolia and Japan.
By comparing the GO annotation results of the CK and ST novel isoforms, it became clear that the number of novel transcripts involved in the different functions in young maize roots following short-term salt stress generally exhibited a decreasing trend.
This study also observed a decreasing trend in chlorophyll a, b, and total chlorophyll content under low-N conditions compared with the normal provision of N content, which may be due to the destruction of the chloroplast and photosynthetic organ.
As shown in Figure 1 d, it could be seen that the leaf area index (LAI) in all treatments showed an increasing trend as rice grew.
The average WST displayed an increasing trend in 99.9% of the study area, with significant spatial variations ( Figure 1 b).
Further analysis, accounting for the different phenological phases, revealed a consistent trend of advancement in all phases, except for the fruiting peak (non-significant) and fruiting late (marginally significant; Table 1 and Figure 1 ) phases.
As shown in Figure 3 , as maturity approached (after bagging for 9–12 W), fruit firmness, titratable acid (TA), vitamin C (Vc) and absorbance index differences (I AD ) of different bagged groups showed a decreasing trend, while SSCs and peel color indexes L, a and b continued to rise.
The corresponding ratios F O /F M , F V /F M , and F V /F O displayed a decreasing trend at high concentrations and an increase at low and medium concentrations, but with no significant effect observed for the different concentration treatments.
