The change in phosphorus (P) content in fruits showed a trend of decrease–increase–decrease.

The average TSS showed an increasing trend throughout maturation but was inversely related to elevation.

According to the significance test ( Figure 3 c), 76.3% of the regional NDVIs failed the significance test, only 23.7% of the regional NDVIs passed the significance test, of which only 8.6% showed a highly significant upward trend, and 0.9% of the regional NDVIs showed a highly significant downward trend.
