A highly significant relationship was found between the number of CDS they contained and the number of repeated CDS (r 2 Pearson = 0.87, p<0.0001 at 70% sequence similarity; r 2 Pearson = 0.82, p<0.0001 at 90% sequence similarity level).
Lower PlGF MoM and higher MAP MoM were also found in LO-PE pregnancies, however the difference in PlGF MoM did not reach statistical significance (MAP –1.05 MoM, p<0.0001; PlGF –0.90, p = 0.024).
Coefficients for the first three cycles are relatively strong and highly significant (p<.0001), while those for the last three cycles are weaker and minimally or not significant.
The χ 2 testing of the frequencies of ABVIs in individuals with TB as the cause of death and individuals with NTB causes of death revealed a statistically extremely significant difference between the two groups (χ 2 = 18.357, df = 1, P<0.0001).
Expressed as multiples of the 99 th percentile, the TnT concentration was elevated 3.5 fold (interquartile range: 2.2 to 5.2) compared to 0.4 fold for TnI (interquartile range: 0.2 to 0.7; Figure 1C ), which represented a highly significant difference (p<0.0001).
Highly significant differences can be witnessed in these two sub-topics between GRI 401 (M = 0.006, SD = 0.003, p <0.0001****), GRI 402 (M = 0.005, SD = 0.003, p <0.0001****), GRI 404 (M = 0.004, SD = 0.002, p <0.0001****), GRI 405 (M = 0.016, SD = 0.008, p <0.0001****), GRI 407 (M = 0.005, SD = 0.003, p <0.0001****)
Considering the RI analysis, discrimination between positive and negative samples was highly significant (p<0.0001).
This difference was highly significant (Χ 2 = 16.9, df = 1, p<0.0001).
The difference between these means is highly significant (n = 28; P<0.0001, paired t test, two tailed).
This difference between cDNA and gDNA is highly significant for each replicate: (Family 1: ANOVA, F 1,6 = 443.36, p<0.0001; Family 2: F 1,6 = 39.60, p = 0.0007; Family 3: F 1,6 = 219.02, p<0.0001).
On the opposite, there was a highly significant difference between these two tasks concerning the number of characters involved per sentence ( p <0.0001, Table 1 ), in keeping with the social nature of the TOM stimuli.
Restricting the analysis to the five populations sampled within Ryder Bay, global F st was lower (0.0181) but still highly significant ( P <0.0001), indicating the presence of fine-scale population genetic structuring.
Thus, following the body weight development until one year of age (d21, d180, d360), the reduced body mass in the C-HP group was highly significant ( P <0.0001) whereby the difference became less prominent with aging.
The occurrence of each of these features is highly significant (P<0.0001, Fisher’s exact test, two tailed) for none of these features was observed in the 351 non duplication mice generated in the cross.
The χ 2 testing of the frequencies of GIs in individuals with TB as the cause of death and individuals with NTB causes of death revealed a statistically extremely significant difference between the two groups (χ 2 = 47.922, df = 1, P<0.0001).
Instead, we found a highly significant correlation between the catalytic activity β1i and its expression level ( Figure 5B , r 2 = 0.86, p<0.0001, individual values are included in Table S1 ).
Whereas correlations of PPAS-6 and PPAS-3 scores with job control at the within-subgroup level (r within ) were highly significant (p < .0001) according to both the R statistic and t-test, such correlations at the between-subgroup level (r between ) were not significant (p>.05). “ S2 Table ” in the supplement/appendix outlines the key indices of within-subgroup variability and interrater agreement in PPAS-6 and PPAS-3 scores among the same validation population subgroups used to assess factor invariance.
In GAPDH highly significant differences between all pairwise tissue comparisons were observed (p<0.0001), which supports the decision to abandon it as a reference gene in our study.
For all strains tested, statistical analysis of data revealed a clear trend of increasing survival probability upon vaccination and vaccination followed by boosting ( P <0.0001).
Fig 10B and 10C show highly significant (P<0.0001) decrease in neuronal counting in the crush group as compared to the sham group in both laminas.
Differences between vaccinated groups and non-vaccinated animals were highly significant ( p ≤ 0.0001).
