The differences between the values from the 3T3BXB-ER cells as well as the differences between 3T3 and 3T3BXB-ER cells were highly significant (p≤0.001), resulting in a decreased nuclear volume by ∼40% in estrogen treated BXB-ER cells.

The CCLAD unadjusted RR is not significant with a high p-value (0.996), upon adjustment this turns highly significant (p<0.001) which is not impossible but rather unusual.
We also compared patient-derived MSRS composite scores with physician-derived clinical scales; while the correlations were weaker, these remained highly significant (p<0.001): EDSS (r s = 0.609), T25FW (r s = 0.497), and AI (r s = 0.591).
Again, all three main effects turned out clearly significant, confirming the pattern from the individual experiments (all F > 31.33, all p < .001).
In patients, who had adjuvant therapy (n = 5) the increase in ADC values between pre- and post-EBRT did not reach statistical significance using two of the measurement methods (L-ROI mean , P = 0.084; S-ROI min, P = 0.105), while in patients with no adjuvant therapy (n = 47) the increase was highly significant with all ROI measurement methods ( P = 0.001) ( Table 3 ).

Non-MHC loci had only a few signatures of interactions with marginal significance (smallest p ~ 1×10 −3 ) between CTLA4 , HLA-DR , HLA-DQ , IL2RA , and INS loci ( S1 Table ).
Before the pandemic, there was a small trend of increased prescribing (incidence rate ratio [IRR] per period 1.002; 95% confidence interval [95CI] 1.001–1.002; p<0.001), with a change in level (immediate increase) at the pandemic date (relative increase in IRR 1.674; 95CI 1.206–2.322; p = 0.002).
Consistently, there was an extremely significant increase in HbA1c% on comparing both T2DM+ATHR and T2DM-ATHR diabetic groups to the control group (P<0.001 and P<0.01 respectively).
The post-hoc test revealed that the reaction time for highly significant words ( M = 816.39, SEM = 29.95) was significantly shorter than for both low significant words ( M = 835.69, SEM = 32.08; t (34) = -3.976, p < .001, d = 1.36) and for medium significant words ( M = 825.91, SEM = 30.68; t (34) = -2.42, p = .04, d = 0.83).
