Further examination of these genera showed a trend towards lower ARG counts in Enterococcus , Escherichia , and Klebsiella strains within the PS cohort compared to NPS, though differences were not statistically significant (Fig. 3c ).

The interaction model in APOE ε3/ε3 shows no significant p value for 19q13.31 :rs10423769-A in Africans, NOCT :rs13116075-G in African Admixed ancestry, CASS4 :rs6024870-A in Complex Admixed History, and LRRC37A :rs2732703-G in American Admixed ancestry, but highly significant p values for APOE :rs449647-T and TOMM40 :rs11556505-T in European and NOCT :rs13116075-G in Africans, with opposite directional effects compared to APOE ε4 carriers.

In fact, compared to NCD feeding, HFD itself increased ASC death in M- Tipe2 +/+ mice, largely due to its contribution to TIPE2 loss in macrophages; even in NCD condition, TIPE2 deficiency in macrophages also caused an increasing trend of ASC death (Supplementary Fig. 6f–h ).

Additionally, the expression level of nuclear respiratory factor 1 (NRF1) and transcription factor A (TFAM) exhibit an increasing trend upon exogenous expression of LplA, indicating that mitochondrial biogenesis is activated (Fig. 3p ).

For the paste, both the storage modulus (G’) and the loss modulus (G”) show a decreasing trend with increasing strain, eventually equalizing around 65% strain (Fig. 1i ).

For CO 2 and H 2 probes that are not sterically limited by ultramicropores, the higher the crystallization temperature (within 210 °C), the higher the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface area and the microporous volume shows an increasing trend (Supplementary Fig. 26 and Supplementary Table 11 – 12 ), corroborating the refinement results of PXRD.

In addition, within the DEGs networks, mitochondrial-related genes ATP5F1E and MT-CO1 , as well as immune response-related genes IFITM3 and HLA-C , exhibited a decreasing trend in proliferating hepatocyte-like and hepatocyte-like cells compared to cholangiocyte-like and stellate-like cells (Supplementary Fig. 9c–f ).

IHC staining of the tibia with simultaneous implantation of IMBSs and OS tissue blocks revealed that E-cadherin positive staining areas exhibited an increasing trend from the blank control to the BSG group, and further to the 5-MNP-BSG (+) and 10-MNP-BSG (+) groups; conversely, Vimentin positive staining areas demonstrated a decreasing trend from the blank control to the BSG group, with Vimentin positive staining areas diminishing in the 5-MNP-BSG (+) and 10-MNP-BSG (+) groups.

Hence, patterning variations are likely to be significant depending on the specific sequence features of the protein undergoing condensate ageing.

We observed significant PFS benefit and marginally significant OS benefit for ICI-treated samples with high relative proportions of mregDCs (Fig. 3B ).

Across probed models and across single cohorts, the nominally significant voxels were widespread throughout the brain, including the cerebellum, temporal and frontal areas, subcortical areas and somatosensory cortices.
