Following analysis of ILC1s in the peripheral blood (PB) of healthy donors (HDs) and AML patients, we observed a highly significant increase in the percentage of ILC1s among total ILCs (CD127 + ) in AML patients relative to HDs (Fig. 1a and Supplementary Fig. 1a ).

However, the injection of UCB CD34 + cell-derived CD161 − ILC1s showed a trend towards better prolongation of survival than the injection of UCB CD34 + cell-derived NK cells in our LSC model (Fig. 6j, k ).
