Our regression models included controls for these two factors, both of which were highly significant predictors ( p ’s < 0.001) of hypothetical purchasing behavior.
Excerpts
a negative trendgold
Interestingly, mean annual body mass of juveniles corrected for seasonality also exhibits a negative trend over the study period, and these data also show a much better fit to an OU-model than to a neutral model (Supplementary Table 2 , Supplementary Figure 3 ).
A 30% reduction in [MTX] brain/plasma was observed in response to TY-52156, a statistical trend (Supplementary Fig. 10 ).
If Dx had an effect size that is comparable to the effect of gene then that effect would be detected by our model-based inference, since the effect of gene is highly significant.
Signal C, while exhibiting comparable total ASR between the two haplotypes, had more hQTLs with highly significant CHT p -values coming from the HLA-DR3 haplotype compared to the HLA-DR15 haplotype ( N = 261 vs.
Defects in PHR1 and YJL218W result in a minor increase in GCR patch score in the sGCR assay, which is of borderline significance, and no increase in the dGCR and uGCR assays 6 .
In each site, linear regression analysis revealed positive correlations between phenol oxidase activity and pore-water phenolic concentrations although they were marginally significant in Yong and Mujechi peatlands (Table 2 ), indicating that phenol oxidase activity indeed is associated with the release of phenolic materials from peat soils.
Highly significant is the much larger distance between the chiral GNR building blocks inducing the bulk N*-LC helical arrangement with a spatially constant helical pitch compared to any other chiral additive reported to date.
However, an interesting trend in the response is observed with respect to the relative Molar quantities of PMA and LA in the sensor.
Although the trend was preserved for CIITA , only FCGR2B expression remained a highly significant predictor of outcome in this model (Table 2 ).
Results Radiocarbon ages versus distance from vent We re-examined the corpus of 14 C ages for the Taupo eruption, and found a highly significant relationship between the median calibrated SHCal13 18 calendar ages and distance from the assumed vent position 17 , for sites within 60 km from the vent (Fig. 1a ).
For gamma band activity from the early encoding cluster only a marginally significant replay effect was found (100–500 ms; Supplementary Fig. 4a ; Supplementary Note 5 ).
a strong trendgold
We observed a strong trend in the consistency between the DREBIC score-based ranking and the actual experimental data, suggesting that DREBIC captures the inherent biological response of various cancer cell lines (Fig. 4e ).
After adjustment for rs4268748, expression levels of CDK10 in non-sun-exposed skin and FANCA in LCLs retained borderline significance for association with cSCC, with nominal association P -values of 0.0026 and 0.0025, respectively (Table 2 and Supplementary Table 10 ).
Results were similar when comparing ε2/ε2 to a reference ε3/ε3 genotype (OR = 4.38, P = 0.009), although this finding was not quite significant, likely due to the lower power to detect an association with the lower sample size given the similar OR estimate.
The overall difference in ratio between the two groups of miRNAs was highly significant.
One SNP associated with orange flesh in PDS was weakly significant for biased expression of the “orange” allele at 20 DAT yet not significant in 50 DAT storage roots, suggesting that expression of specific PDS alleles prior to storage root initiation might be important in the development of orange flesh.
Cortical bone volume and cortical thickness also showed a trend towards increasing in male Npffr2 − /− mice (Fig. 6i,j ).
a strong trendgold
Thyrotropin-releasing hormone ( Trh ) mRNA showed a strong trend towards increasing in WT but not Npffr2 − /− mice in response to HFD (Supplementary Fig. 6c ).
We found a highly significant overlap between snake-diverged CNEs and the tegu limb-specific ATAC-seq peaks (green labels in Fig. 2b ), in comparison with the remaining non-diverged CNEs (Supplementary Table 8 ).
t TC in both analyses show a decreasing trend with increasing ionic strength (Fig. 3e ).
The cophylogeny terms from both these tests were highly significant (ICCs, 95% lower bounds: 0.34 and 0.21, respectively).
Moreover, in the present study we have detected a number of transethnic SNPs in the 12q24 region to show highly significant heterogeneity of genetic impact on SBP between the ethnic groups (e.g., β EAS = −0.73 and β EUR = 0.37, P het = 9.74×10 –21 at rs4766566), where inverted genetic effects are attributable to each of the ancestry-specific sentinel SNPs; a similar situation was also observed on 10q21 to reproduce this phenomenon (Fig. 1 and Supplementary Data 6 ).
This results in data points with low p values (highly significant) appearing toward the top of the plot.
There was only a marginally significant difference in CFU-G, and slight reduction in CFU-M, but consistent with studies of fetal livers, results show marked decreases in CFU-Mk and CFU-E formation in chromosome 21 silenced samples of transgenic subclones, (Fig. 5a ).
