A decreasing trend was also observed for antibodies against selected EBV cross-reactive human proteins (septin-9, dihydrolipoamide S-succinyltransferase).

At the final follow-up, patients with Ki-67 ≥ 15% displayed a numerical trend toward a higher rate of structural incomplete response, though this did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.123).

Results: Inflammatory markers and lipid profiles showed a trend toward improvement, though changes were not statistically significant, except for a significant increase in vitamin D ( p < 0.001) and a decrease in Disease Activity Score in 28 Joints (DAS28) scores ( p < 0.001).

Conclusions : Across 401 real-world procedures in isolated popliteal and/or SFA disease, mean ABI gain was identical between arms, yet DCB delivered measurably more complete symptomatic recovery and a near-significant halving of composite patency loss at 12 months, with both signals robust to multivariable adjustment.

Formal subgroup analysis did not demonstrate a statistically significant difference between monotherapy and combination therapy for MNSIE, MNSIQ, or sural nerve NCV (interaction p > 0.05) but demonstrated one for peroneal nerve NCV (interaction p = 0.039), although a numerical trend towards greater benefit with combination regimens was observed.

These findings suggest a possible trend toward increased infectious risk among patients treated under GA, particularly for pneumonia, but these associations did not reach statistical significance after adjustment and should be interpreted cautiously.
