The variation due to genotype (G) was highly significant for all the eight traits at a 0.001% level of significance, while the variation due to SA treatment (T) was found to be significant at different levels of significance, for instance, DTM (0.001%), GPS (0.001%), TGW (0.01%), and YPP (0.001%).
Excerpts
For bacteria, a decreasing trend was found for chemoheterotrophic functions between the HPP, LPP and NPP, while an increasing trend was found for nitrogen cycling.
The only highly significant correlation (r = -0.52519) found in our study was between elevation and the probability of meadow decline to the 30th percentile of the land during severe drought, with a smaller effect of slope and slope orientation on meadow drought ( Figure 15 ).
an overall trendgold
The relative humidity showed an overall trend of initially decreasing, then increasing, and subsequently decreasing.
However, at the S10 stage, the total and organic selenium contents of HN2025 showed a decreasing trend.
Highly significant correlations between the biomass of individuals and their P score were found in these scenarios (r 2 above 0.4 in 460 out of 504 cases, combining the different communities and considering both Sp1 and Sp2).
Using the data on the distribution of 20 angiosperm traits from Hernández-Hernández and Wiens (2020) and a global FDR = 0.1 ( p -value threshold = 0.005), we found that 8 of the 20 traits exhibited a significant difference in trait value between family SR category, while one showed a trend ( Figure 5 ).
The Ara/Xyl ratio showed a trend of decreasing from low-firmness varieties to high-firmness varieties. The Glc/Xyl ratio remained consistent for low-firmness varieties but decreased for medium-firmness varieties, although Draper exhibited a ratio similar to Bluecrop and Legacy.
The relative electricity conductivity and MDA activity of wild type and transgenic tobacco were measured at different treatment times under low temperature stress, and it was found that the relative electricity conductivity of both wild type and transgenic tobacco showed an obvious increasing trend with the extension of the stress time, and the relative conductivity of transgenic tobacco began to decrease after 1 day of recovery at room temperature, while the wild type still maintained an increasing trend; the relative electricity conductivity of transgenic plants was significantly lower than that of wild type during the whole process.
The expression of snow lotus SikCDPK1 gene in different tissues and organs was calculated using the 2 -ΔΔCt method ( Livak and Schmittgen, 2001 ), and the experimental data were subjected to LSD (least significance difference) multiple ANOVA using the SPSS 18.0 software, with the test of significance set at P <0.05 (significant level) and P <0.01 (highly significant level), and graphs were made in using Excel software. 2.7.
After GA 3 , the expression of SikCDPK1 showed a trend of “slightly increasing-decreasing-increasing” ( Figure 6 ), reaching the peak at 6 h, and the expression at the bottom of the peak was 0.816 times of CK, and then continued to increase.
Both of them showed an increasing trend in fruit firmness during the early stages (S1-S4) ( Figure 1B ).
In contrast to the values of genetic diversity in terms of Ho across collections, that showed a trend towards increasing from the whole collection to the smaller size of the core collection ( Figure 6A ), for the ATW trait, the means in the core collections decreased (CCC_20 = 18.27 g - CCC_3 = 15.54 g) with respect to the whole CCC (CCC_100 = 23.04 g) ( Table 3 ).
The current study showed a decreasing trend in Cd and Pb BCF with the upheaval of their levels in the soil.
The correlation between the measured traits The data presented in Table 2 demonstrate a highly significant positive correlation between vegetative traits (including plant height, chlorophyll index, and dry weights of the leaves, stems, and roots) and the tolerance index of biomass and roots.
Conversely, some investigations result in scarce amounts of data that may be significant if combined with additional datasets, as long as they are properly preserved.
It showed a decreasing trend with increasing soybean row number for different measurement periods ( Figures 9A–D ).
In contrast, soybean yield showed an increasing trend with increasing number of soybean row number.
The allocation pattern of N and P content in different organs showed a trend of leaf > stem > root, while C content showed the opposite trend.
The contributions of trait toward yield showed an increasing trend, i.e., DM< DF< PH< PL< PL< HI< BPP< SW< SPP in the var.
a clear trendgold
Furthermore, a clear trend although not significant at all time-points was detected ( Figures 2A, B ).
The plant height of T2 and T3 treatments showed an increasing trend compared to conventional fertiliser application, the maximum leaf length of T2 and T3 treatments was the best compared to conventional fertiliser application, the maximum leaf width of T2 treatment was the best compared to conventional fertiliser application at 60d, the stem girth of T2 treatment showed an increasing trend compared to conventional fertiliser application, and the effective number of leaves of T2 and T3 treatments was continuously increasing compared to conventional fertiliser application ( Table 4 ).
The combined analysis of variance across eight environments shows that the effects of genotypes, environment, and their interactions were highly significant for all traits.
Potassium fulvic acid improves nutrients in mono-cropped soil and promotes tobacco plant growth Tobacco continuous cropping experiment showed that with the increase of continuous cropping years, the soil organic matter content was basically unchanged, the pH decreased, the quick-acting nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content generally showed a decreasing trend, and the content of most trace elements showed a decreasing trend.
Treatments consistently showed highly significant effects, indicating strong genetic diversity.
