The spatial variation of the genomic diversity painted an increasing trend following the South-North ecological gradient, giving rise to four optimal genetic groups based on STRUCTURE analysis while the neighbour-joining analysis revealed three clusters.
Excerpts
Although the seed setting rate is lower in OE- OsMYBS1 plants, both the total grain number ( Supplementary Figure S6A ) and total filled grain number ( Supplementary Figure S6B ) were significantly higher in OE-1 and OE-3 compared with WT, whereas OE-2 displayed no significant difference but did not show a decreasing trend.
In contrast, Ochrobactrum , whose abundance was extremely significantly reduced, showed highly significant negative correlations with IAA, chlorophyll, soluble protein, and starch.
Effect of co-inoculation on dry matter accumulation of soybean in saline-alkali land It can be concluded from Figure 3 that with the advance of the growing stage, the dry matter accumulation in the above-ground part of soybean shows an increasing trend.
3.3 Effects of pepper - peanut intercropping on photosynthetic indexes of pepper According to Figure 2A , the photosynthetic rate of pepper showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.
3 Results 3.1 Effects of pepper - peanut intercropping on dry matter accumulation At different growth stages, the aboveground, underground and total dry matter accumulation of the two peppers showed an increasing trend ( Table 1 ), and the intercropping treatment (BKIM, DHIM) was higher than that of monoculture (BK, DH).
It could be seen from Figure 2B that the transpiration rate of pepper under different treatments showed a decreasing trend.
The effect size measure in drought conditions was also quite significant, for example η2=0.21 for Y and η2=0.17 SWP and η2=0.15 for TSW.
a clear trendgold
In addition, FACs derived from the four MTAs associated with the “index” did not exhibit a clear trend.
Interestingly, the EBS patterns (P2 and P4) mitigated this trend, at least under D3 conditions, where P2 and P4’s TDM still showed an increasing trend (increases of 5.0% and 5.6%, respectively) ( Figure 3 ).
When the planting density was further increased to 750 × 10 4 plants ha −1 (D4), the EBS patterns (P2 and P4) also showed a decreasing trend in yield.
For one-time irrigation treatment, POD activity showed a decreasing trend with increasing emergence water.
In the horizontal direction, the EC showed an increasing trend with increasing distance from the drip tape, following the order: 10 cm < 20 cm < 30 cm.
The differences in soil available potassium content among treatments showed a decreasing trend annually, becoming non-significant by the third year.
During tillering of both years, N 2 O emission rates showed a trend of C2 < C1 < C0.
Here, they exhibited a highly significant negative correlation, consistent with previous studies ( Reich et al., 1991 ; Wilson et al., 1999 ; Wright and Cannon, 2001 ; Wei et al., 2011 ).
Figure 3C shows that the maximum leaf width of G1500 displayed a slightly increasing trend, indicating that the high concentration of CO 2 in the soil had a strong inhibitory effect on leaf expansion.
The leaf area of G1500 decreased by 92.76% compared with CK, indicating a highly significant difference and suggesting that CO 2 leakage severely impaired spinach leaf growth.
As for catechin, compared with day 0, the catechin in the water and 0.1 mmol/L SNP groups showed no significant changes, while the other two groups exhibited an initial increase followed by a decreasing trend.
The Bonferroni correction threshold value of –log10 > 7.0 ( p -value) was used as the cutoff, which is highly significant to identify the significant SNPs associated with the studied traits.
thomsonii , the Cd content in root tuber showed a decreasing trend in 3 years, with the lowest at MA compared to that at EP and SN—25% and 69% in 2020, 53% and 77% in 2021, and 42% and 72% in 2022, respectively ( Figure 2A ).
From 1444 to 2022 AD, soil salinity showed a trend of initial decrease followed by a subsequent increase.
Pearson correlation analyses of the five pod−related traits revealed that highly significant positive correlations were observed among PNPP, SNPP, PWPP, and SWPP under both planting densities, with correlation coefficients spanning from 0.477 to 0.856.
Correlation analysis of the morphology, biomass and endogenous hormones in the underground system of Lei bamboo ( Phyllostachys praecox ) The Pearson correlation analysis presented in Figure 3 indicates that the number of whip segments on the 1-meter bamboo whip of Lei bamboo exhibited a highly significant positive correlation with GA (0.782), IAA (0.698), and CTK (0.672), while demonstrating a highly significant negative correlation with ABA (-0.649).
However, by using appropriate experimental replicates (n=5) and thorough statistical analysis, we were able to identify a significant trend in the total and essential amino acid content between treatment groups, demonstrating that the fertilization treatment effect exceeded background variability and that our conclusions are reliable.
