A highly significant number of genes (~92%) are either intronless or one intron, with only < 6% and < 2% genes containing two and three introns, respectively ( Figure 3 ; Supplementary Figures S1A–S1H ; Supplementary Table S3 ).

Furthermore, the forage yield of all treatments shows a decreasing trend over time, but stabilizes from 2021 (the 4th year of cultivation) to 2023 (the 6th year of cultivation).
With the degree of restored grassland, the vegetation characteristics showed an increasing trend, the aboveground biomass and coverage increased significantly, and productivity increased ( Figure 2 ).
Results Genetic variation of agronomic and seed quality traits The results of ANOVA revealed highly significant variations for agro-morphological traits and seed quality characters among the 144 flax genotypes ( Table 2 ).
As can be seen from Figure 5 , the similar genes augustus27517 and augustus15211 of FLC and SVP , both of which showed a decreasing trend in expression since the beginning of low-temperature culture, while in CK both of which were maintained at high levels, indicating that the low-temperature culture environment in the experiment suppressed the expression of similar genes of FLC and SVP in L. chinense var. rubrum .
augustus27517 had lower expression at T28, 0.44 ( Figure 5 ) and 2.64 ( Figure 5 ) times that of T0, respectively, and The expression of augustus27517 was overall highly significant higher in the CK-treated group than in the low-temperature-treated group.
With the increase of Cd content, the SOD and CAT activities of cotton root showed a decreasing trend.
Therefore, variables that are highly significant may not be highly predictive.
When a single tree was followed over different seasons, it was observed that with one exception of September 2014, wet-intact CY and PY foliage of red spruce showed a trend towards slightly higher concentrations of total inorganic nutrients than those extracted from dried tissue at all collection times ( Figure 4 ).
Generally, the sensor showed an increasing trend for each movement speed detection with decreasing wheat density.
Overall, the proportion of NDVI obtained by Sentinel-2, Landsat-8, and MODIS sensors with a decreasing trend was 52.57%, 58.10%, and 64.66%, respectively, and the majority of the area was occupied by no significant decreasing.
This means that there may be significant drought response differences even in the small-scale terrain, and the amount of difference in resilience-related indicators (recovery, resistance, or resilience) cannot be estimated only by the elevation difference.
NDVI showed an increasing trend for 13.31%, 28.80%, and 31.32% of the total area, respectively, with no significant increasing occupied most of the area.
While VOC concentrations per gram of leaf dry matter (L DM ) gradually increased in the cultivars ‘Anise’, ‘Cinnamon’ and ‘Thai Magic’ under both light intensity treatments during the trial period, a decreasing trend in VOC concentrations was observed in cv.

The LT 50 values determined by electrical conductivity (EL), 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining (TTC), differential thermal analysis (DTA), and recovery growth (RG) methods showed extremely significant positive correlation.
The proportion of unextracted P to TP remained low throughout, less than 7.2% in all stands; the proportion of IP was always higher than that of OP, and with increasing stand age, the IP showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing, while OP projected an opposite trend ( Figure 2D ). 3.3 Correlation of phosphorus availability with other physicochemical indicators in rhizosphere soil The results of correlation analysis ( Figure 3A ) showed that AP was significantly ( P< 0.01) positively correlated with SMBP, ACP, Al-P, and LOP; AP was significantly ( P< 0.05) negatively correlated with O-P, and negatively correlated with HROP and Fe-P.
However, these values of the boxelder maple were influenced by the interaction of the two treatments and showed a trend similar to that of biomass ( Table 3 ).
Compared with the strength trait, the correlation between LI and plant height trait was highly significant.

While this can be described as a clear trend for the Col-0 and nrt2.4-1 line, the differences in nrt2.4-2 were all significant.
For I 90 , the δ 13 C leaf showed an increasing trend with the elevated soil clay content.
In this study, most seed traits show a decreasing trend with gradients.

Interestingly, under STFFOF, the visual stem lodging rate in paddy fields was positively related to the breaking resistance ( P = 0.695*, Table 1 ) and stem diameter ( P = 0.654*, Table 1 ) of basal internodes, showing a significant or extremely significant negative correlation with pushing resistance per plant ( P = −0.716*, Table 1 )/culm ( P = −0.854**, Table 1 ) but presented no significant correlation with lodging index ( P = −0.076 ns, Table 1 ).
We found highly significant and positive correlations between RT q-PCR and RNA-Seq results in all time points (8h, 24h and 48h) which means that the results of RNA-seq were reliable ( Figure S2 ).
In contrast, the flavonol content revealed a decreasing trend during the fruit developmental process ( Figure 1B ).
The rhizome yield per plant exhibited a highly significant positive correlation with the following characters viz., weight of primary rhizomes per plant (0.890), number of primary rhizomes per plant (0.690), weight of mother rhizomes per plant (0.672), weight of secondary rhizomes per plant (0.658), number of mother rhizomes per plant (0.532), number of secondary rhizomes per plant (0.498), girth of mother rhizome (0.444), length of primary rhizome (0.320), girth of primary rhizome (0.304), length of mother rhizome (0.254) and primary rhizome core diameter (0.234).
