The presence of an autoimmune component associated with an increase in the level of autoantibodies may be significant for the correction of therapy and serves as a criterion for considering the appointment of immunosuppressive therapy in the future.
Excerpts
Notably, we further detected a highly significant dose- and time-dependent reduction of switched memory (SM) B cells, strongest with JAK1/2 inhibition (upadacitinib > ruxolitinib > baricitinib > tofacitinib > filgotinib).
In KIRP, KIPAN, LIHC, LGG, LAML, LUAD, MESO, PAAD, ACC and KICH, OS showed a decreasing trend with higher NCAPG2 expression ( Figure S1 ), as did the KM curves of DSS in LGG, LUAD, KIRP, KIPAN, LIHC, SKCM, BLCA, MESO, PAAD, ACC and KICH, while in READ and THYM it was accompanied by a higher OS ( Figure S2 ).
an overall trendgold
Notably, although no statistical significance was observed in tumors like LGG, MESO, CHOL, PAAD, an overall trend could be noticed that NCAPG2 is inclined to manifest a specific elevation in advanced tumors, which highlights the prognostic value of NCAPG2 to some extent.
There is a I 2 of 70% and [Z=3.34, P=0.0008] indicating that the results are highly significant so the null hypothesis can be rejected.
Among downregulated networks, translation in mitochondria was highly significant ( Figure 7B , lower panel).
Due to the low number of cells expressing CgA, the increase in differentiated compared to undifferentiated colonoids was marginally non-significant (P-values for 2% and 20% = 0.06).
To our knowledge AA has affected approximately 2% of the general population, including all sex- and age-based groups ( 29 ), while the incidence of AGA has revealed an increasing trend with advanced age.
A highly significant increase in IL-21 was observed only in EDV-COVID-αGC treated mice ( Figure 1L ) demonstrating the addition of αGC was essential in activating CD4 + T FH cells likely due to iNKT-licensed DC activation of T FH cells as described above.
However, adjusting for known risk factors resulted in an only borderline significant parameter estimate, perhaps caused by an insufficient sample size, as plasma from 83 patients lacked measurement of D-dimer.
The expression levels of PKC , MKK7 , and PAK in the gills showed a trend of early decline, middle rise, and late decline, in which the lowest expression was shown by MKK7 and PAK at 3 hpi and the highest expression of the three genes was at 24 hpi.
Additionally, anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody levels in the DM1 subgroup showed an increasing trend with age ( Figure 4 ; Supplementary Figure 6 ).
Overall, the prevalence and mortality have shown an increasing trend.
We found 3 out of 6 to be an eQTL as well in at least one cell type albeit one with nominally significant effect.
a strong trendgold
DMSO-LPS baseline; although a strong trend, this increase was not statistically significant (representative image Figure 4E ; WB image quantification: Figure 4F ).
In contrast, we observed that both LC3-I and LC3-II expressions showed a trend towards higher expressions in Ethanol-exposed SIRT2KO-BMDM (representative image Figure 7H ; WB image quantification: Figures 7I, J ).
A further analysis including patients with a cumulative DSA MFI of <1000 showed a trend for better outcome in DCD transplants ( Supplementary Figures 5A–D ).
a slight trendgold
In terms of graft loss, all of the DSA positive patients regardless of donation type showed very similar death censored graft survival ( Figure 4C ), with a slight trend towards inferior graft survival in DSA positive DCD recipients beyond 5 years, but this was based on very few patients and did not reach significance.
a strong trendgold
Recipients of DBD grafts with DSA also showed a significantly decreased graft survival whereas there was a strong trend towards increased graft loss in DSA positive DCD recipients without reaching statistical significance, likely due to the smaller number of patients within this group ( Figures 3D, F and Table 2 ).
As depicted in Figure 2A , murine CD83wt Mφ stimulated with IL-4 show a highly significant induction of Cd83 mRNA levels compared to unstimulated CD83wt Mφ, whilst no expression was observed in Mφ from cKO mice ( Figure 2A ).
The results showed that the neutralizing antibody titers of the sera from the three horses all showed a trend of an unremitting increase in the number following a series of immunizations.
papillata infection caused a highly significant increase in jejunal NO to 20.77 ± 3.05.
a clear trendgold
Besides that, when the SLE group was segregated into inactive and active patients, we observed a clear trend towards increased IgA subtype levels in active SLE individuals.
Remarkably, we only found positive and highly significant correlations between circulating anti-dsDNA with the salivary concentration of IgA1 ( Figure 3B ), IgA2 ( Figure 3C ), and tIgA ( Figure 3D ) in patients with SLE.
Higher expression of NSUN4 was accompanied by a higher expression of immune checkpoints, and patients with high DNMT1 expression showed a trend of elevated expression of immune checkpoints.
