Gata3 mRNA expression was not significantly reduced in Tet2/3 DKO CD4 SP cells, however there was a clear trend for reduced expression ( Supplementary Figure 4A ).
Gata3 mRNA expression was not significantly reduced in Tet2/3 DKO CD4 SP cells, however there was a clear trend for reduced expression ( Supplementary Figure 4A ).
There was a numerical trend toward greater intestinal permeability in the female progeny, compared to the male progeny, colonized by the RG2 strain.
All the Y-27632 concentrations, from 20 to 100 μM, achieved a highly significant decrease in the number of multinucleated TRAP+ cells compared to the obtained with vehicle ( Figures 5A, B ).
The first three genes did not show a statistically significant regulation by Y-27632, although showed a trend to a more limited overexpression, although it was non-significant (p = 0.09; p = 0.13; p = 0.07, respectively).
As seen in Figure 1 , the C-peptide and insulin secretion levels of the patients showed a decreasing trend after each transplantation, while C-peptide and insulin levels showed an increasing trend about 3 months after the completion of transplantation.
The glycosylated hemoglobin of the patient decreased to a certain extent after each transplantation, and after about 2 weeks after the completion of all transplants, the glycosylated hemoglobin increased slightly and then stabilized, but the overall level still showed a decreasing trend ( Table 2 ).
Three days after each transplant, the trend of blood glucose fluctuation gradually stabilized, and based on the discontinuation of hypoglycemic drugs, the overall blood glucose of the patient showed a trend of first decrease and then stable change.
Among them, C3AR1, CYBB, CTSS, IGTB2, FCER1G, TYROBP, CD53, RAC2, HCK, IFI30, IL10RA, NCF2, TLR2, and HCLS1 showed a trend of gradual increase with different IgAN clusters ( Figure 7A ).
Additionally, ONP-302 plus anti-PD-1 co-treatment showed a trend towards an additive effect in LLC tumor-bearing mice ( 45 ).
It is worth noting that the highly significant GO terms “immune system process”, “pyruvate metabolic process”, “monocarboxylic acid metabolic process”, “hematopoietic or lymphoid organ development”, “hemopoiesis” and “immune system development” (FDR < 0.05), which will provide a basis for further study on the pathogenic mechanism of V. parahaemolyticus to E. coioides.
This mesoporous material-based synergistic therapeutic system breaks the bottleneck of single-modality tumor treatment with low efficiency, high toxic side effects and easy drug resistance, which is highly significant for optimizing cancer treatment protocols.
So, it is probable that some of the cell types and phospho-proteins that showed a trend but did not reach statistical significance was due to the small size of our cohort.
P value <0.05 was considered significant and P value < 0.01 was considered extremely significant.
Consistent with the ELISA results, we observed a decreasing trend between serum neutralization levels and antigen multimerization level ( Figure 4C , left).
In Figure 7 , there was a significant trend of increase in the protein expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in the LPS group, which was consistent with Li et al.
Furthermore, treatment with ART showed a trend towards the recovery of Th2-like Tfh cells ( Figure 3D ).
However, there was also an increasing trend in T cells visible, including T helper cells and/or regulatory T cells (CD4+) and cytotoxic T cells (CD8+), in progressive disease patients.
The inclusion of either AlOH or SWE showed a strong trend towards higher MERS SClamp-specific antibody titers above that seen following immunization with MERS SClamp alone (AlOH = 8.3-fold, P = >0.99; SWE = 41.5-fold, P = 0.66).
Multivariate regression analysis using same confounding factors for the humoral response showed a clear trend for an association with the cellular response to SARS CoV-2 infection as well.
Differentially expressed immune-related gene (DEIRG) enrichment analysis also showed a trend that the gene sets in patients with a good prognosis were enriched in lymphocyte-related functions, while those with a poor prognosis were enriched in neutrophil-related functions.
Meanwhile, combining pGSN with IL-6 (AUC=0.904; p=0.003) showed a more significant ability to predict mild COVID-19 and IP-10 (AUC=0.754; p=0.065), HGF (AUC=0.746; p=0.075) and TGF-β1 (AUC=0.765; p=0.078) demonstrated a trend toward significance ( Figure 5A ; Supplementary Figure S4C ) .
Mild COVID-19 patients had significantly high pGSN/IL-6 amongst all the multi-analyte markers following day 4 of symptoms onset compared with moderate and severe COVID-19 patients, and pGSN/IP-10 and pGSN/HGF showed a trend toward this association ( Figure 3A ; Supplementary Figure S2A ) .
There was a decreasing trend for N-specific antibodies up to 432 days after infection, although there were no significant correlations between time and any antigen-specific antibody.
We first tested the association between HLA types and irAEs of different organs in our ICI treatment cohort (nominally significant HLA variants shown in Figure 4 ), then validated this association by comparing the frequency of HLA types between participants with irAEs and the Novegene cancer reference cohort and the healthy MHC-Han Chinese reference cohort.
A multivariable logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the ChAdOx1 vaccine showed a trend in favor of non-neutralizing capability (OR 0.26, 95% CI 0.0055 - 6.4343), whereas the mRNA-1273 (OR 3.39, 95% CI 0.2421-73.6718) vaccine showed a trend towards higher likelihood of mounting neutralizing activity, with the BNT162b2 vaccine as reference ( Figure 2C ).
