This may be significant because loss of Trem2 has been shown to increase IFN-I signaling ( 97 ).
Excerpts
Of all markers tested the lymph node homing receptor CCR7 and CD15s (sialyl lewis x, expressed by Tregs in sarcoidosis) were lower in MulTreg, whilst gut homing integrin beta 7 (β 7 ) showed a trend for increased expression in MulTreg according to both MFI and frequency ( Figures 2G–I and S2C ).
a clear trendgold
Whilst both cell products showed a clear trend towards inhibition of IFNγ, TNFα and IL-17A in Flu-HA responses this was only significant in MulTreg co-cultures, however, no difference was seen in inhibition of IL-13 ( Figure 3F ).
The data showed that T-bet and Rorγt had an increasing trend at the onset of gut aGVHD, but PLZF did not demonstrate this trend ( Figure 5B and Supplementary Figure 5B ).
Furthermore, when all combinations that showed 100% breadth were compared, IgG3 bNAbs showed a trend to increased potency in double combinations, and significantly improved potency in triple combinations ( Figure 4D ).
a clear trendgold
There was a clear trend in differences between BLXA 4 and the no-rinse group, however, they were not statistically significant ( P =0.299 and P =0.111).
For example, previous experimental results of endothelial cell transcriptome analysis of sepsis revealed that AL132709.5 lncRNA was significantly upregulated, while CTC-45916.1 lncRNA, 45916.1 lncRNA, and lncRNA XLOC_007697 showed a trend of downregulation ( 26 ).
As to the VP1 protein, except of a transient and slight enrichment in the dLNs at 12h, hardly significant increases was observed during the whole observation period.
The frequency of mature (CD3 high CD1a low ) CD8-single-positive thymocytes showed a trend for increase with the surge of the cTEC/mTEC ratio, whereas the opposite was seen for the mature CD4-single-positive counterpart ( Figures 5F, G ).
Although there was no significant difference in growth kinetics between E218A virus and WT virus, the growth of E218A virus showed a trend of slowing down significantly 48 h after infection ( Figures 3D, E ) .
The follow-up study including 16 RRMS patients also showed a trend of reduction of active MRI lesions compared to baseline ( 344 ).
The HC group showed a trend toward greater diversity than the anti-NMDARE group (mean ± SEM = 163,558 ± 46,615), although the difference was not statistically significant ( P adj = 0.328).
Yet, a decreasing trend can be observed ( Figure 6B ).
The analysis revealed that mice treated with berberine as an adjunct significantly reduced CXCL-10 ( Figure 5A ), while there was a decreasing trend towards IL-1β ( Figure 5B ) and CCL3 levels ( Figure 5C ) when compared to antibiotics alone.
The MacC2 cluster showed an increasing trend towards GC progression and mainly participated in apoptotic signaling pathways.
A direct comparison of the CD8 + T-cell response against E1 from Ii-E1E2E6E7 and E1E2E6E7 (Mann-Whitney rank-sum) revealed a p-value of 0.06, which is not strictly significant, but strongly indicates a tendency of Ii improving the magnitude of CD8 + T-cells against E1.
While tumors from Slit2-treated mice only showed a trend in decrease in the M2 macrophage population (data not shown), M1 macrophages identified as CD45+F4/80+CD38+ cells were significantly more abundant in mice with Slit2-treated tumors compared to PBS-treated tumors (71 ± 20 vs. 188 ± 81.4 cells in 20,000 events, n = 4, *p < 0.05) ( Figure 1B ).
An increasing trend of Desulfovibrio and Prevotella was observed in 8-week-old adult mice.
A decreasing trend was observed in the expression of intestinal TNFRSF, TRAF6, RAB6A, and ATF4 of shrimp fed higher levels of MOS (M4, M8, and M16).
Results Growth Performance WGR and SGR of shrimp showed an increasing trend with the increase of MOS level, but no significant difference was observed when compared with the control group (M0) ( p > 0.05).
We observed that out of 48 cytokines, 21 were able to distinguish between the two groups, among which 5 cytokines were showing prominent distinction, namely, Eotaxin, granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), IL-7, migration inhibitory factor (MIF), and macrophage inflammatory protein-1α (MIP-1α), and the secretory levels were highly significant in contacts with respect to infected and control individuals ( Figure 2B ).
The results of our comparison indicated that the viability after recovery was similar for all three specific freezing media (≥89% on average) ( Table 1 ), although cells frozen with PSC Cryopreservation kit showed a trend to perform worse in the IFN-γ ELISPOT ( Supplementary Table 1 ).
log 2 normalized count at 6h for IFNB1 ~0.12/0.29 in CD16 - and CD16 + subsets, respectively, vs <0.01 for bystander cells of both subsets), although this difference was only barely significant in our setting (FDR=0.03), likely due to the highly transient nature of IFN expression.
A comparison of 8,465 DZ cells and 11,118 LZ B GC -cells revealed a highly significant difference between the proportions of FCER2 -expressing cells (2.9% and 15.3%, respectively) ( Supplemental Figure S2A , Left panel ).
In comparison to HS-diet, NaCl restriction showed a trend toward a reduction of the relative expression of IFN-gamma mRNA at day 20, whereas IFN-gamma mRNA expression was similar in both groups at day 47 ( Table 2 ) .
