CD8+ T cell infiltration showed a decreasing trend in the VASN−high group, although this did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.065) ( Figure 9J ).
Excerpts
In univariable Cox regression analysis, high B7-H3 expression was significantly associated with inferior OS and showed a trend toward worse EFS ( Table 2 ).
Moreover, after adjustment for prognostic risk classification, which incorporates disease stage, MYCN status, and age at diagnosis, thereby partially addressing the constraints imposed by parsimonious modeling, the prognostic relevance of B7-H3 was further attenuated, losing even a trend toward significance.

The reported immunogenicity data suggest a slight trend toward higher ADA incidence in humanized compared to fully human anti-PD-1 antibodies.
Notably, TNF-α serum levels and number of comorbidities showed a trend toward significance in this model (OR = 1.239; 95%CI: 0.998 - 1.539; OR = 0.960; 95%CI: 0.916 - 1.006, respectively), suggesting a potential but weaker contribution among cytokines and clinical aspects ( Figure 3 ).
Volcano plot analysis across all patients identified TOX2 (log 2 FC = 0.605, −log 10 (padj) = 2.57) and PDCD1 (log 2 FC = 0.810, −log 10 (padj) = 2.59) as reaching both the fold-change (|log 2 FC| > 0.3) and significance (padj < 0.05) thresholds; CD274, LAG3, and IDO1 also approached significance ( Figure 2b ).
Based on the data from this meta-analysis, the 10 mg/kg Q3W regimen showed a trend towards relatively superior efficacy.
As therapeutic options continue to expand, adjusting treatment strategies on the basis of individual responses has become an important trend in clinical practice.
Notably, several metabolite clusters showed an increasing trend as the disease advanced: NEG metabolites in Clusters 1, 7, and 12; POS metabolites in Clusters 2, 7, and 10; NEG lipid species in Clusters 3, 6, and 7; and POS lipid species in Clusters 1 and 7 ( Figure 2 ).
However, in monocytes, there was significant upregulation of IL-6 and TNF-α expression, while the percentage of IL-6 positive cells showed a decreasing trend that did not reach statistical significance ( Supplementary Figure 4B ).
In this sense, patients with hypocomplementemia showed a trend towards a lower number of pregnancies, as well as a higher frequency of early abortions and PE.
Furthermore, we observed that across multiple cancer types, patients in the high HICDI score group consistently showed a trend toward poorer prognosis, a finding that provides preliminary exploratory evidence to support the potential generalizable application of this integrated model.
In contrast, the IBA1 + NF200 + overlap area showed a trend toward higher values in HLA mice than in WT controls in both sexes, although these differences did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 6E ).
Only the Ven-R-CHOP signals (neutropenia, febrile neutropenia, anemia, and thrombocytopenia, together with any grade 3–4 adverse event and treatment discontinuation due to adverse events) and the ibrutinib hematologic signals (febrile neutropenia, anemia, and thrombocytopenia) retained significance after adjustment, whereas the remaining nominally significant findings—particularly those based on small samples or extreme OR values—are interpreted as exploratory and hypothesis-generating.
As shown in Figure 6c , only BCG induced statistically significant reduction of lung bacterial burden, while TB-PCF only showed a nonsignificant trend towards reduction.
The risk score was notably elevated in patients with BC compared to normal individuals and demonstrated an increasing trend with higher stages and grades ( Figures 9E, F ).
Furthermore, this review highlighted that methotrexate (MTX) and abatacept (ABA) were associated with a reduced risk of disease progression and mortality, while tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi) showed a trend toward increased progression risk ( 1 ).
However, CXCL10, another chemokine implicated in cell migration and COVID-19 severity, exhibited an increasing trend; this change was not statistically significant ( Figure 4E ).
Thus, although TAM on its own promoted tumor growth in the high-MACi group, in combination with anti-PD1, it induced highly significant tumor growth reduction.
HK (H3N2) infection significantly increased circZFYVE1 expression, whereas H9N2 infection showed an increasing trend that did not reach statistical significance under the tested conditions ( Figure 1H ).
The results showed that, compared to Ctrl, the 2× stress exhibited no significant change in Irf4 levels, whereas Irf5 levels showed an increasing trend at 1 h and a significant decrease by 24 h post-stress.
Western blotting analysis revealed that compared to the Control group, TNF-α stimulation significantly increased the protein expression of FGL2 and ET-1, whereas VEGF expression showed a decreasing trend without statistical significance.
Studies have found that iNKT cells show an increasing trend in the airways of some asthma patients, and their activation level is closely correlated with airway hyperresponsiveness and disease severity ( 29 ).
Even at the lowest MOI of 40:1 the fold increase was highly significant compared to uninfected, both on the basolateral (918 ± 163) and apical (340 ± 585; Figure 9 B) side.
The results showed a highly significant association between level of exposure and level of allergen.
