Contrary to that, the expression of VIM decreased in different stages and grades of ovarian tumours compared to normal ovaries ( Figure 14 a,b), compared to IHC data in our in-house samples, which showed an increasing trend in different stages and grades of tumours compared to benign ovaries ( Figure 5 c). 3.5.

While the field has a foundational comprehension of KLF9 and KLF13 expression and overall actions in cancer cell lines, there are likely to be significant, as yet unknown, variations in the cognate DNA sequence elements that subserve KLF9 and KLF13 actions in normal, pre-cancerous, and cancerous cells of different tissues [ 60 ].

A clear trend towards increased R1 rates in mutRAS patients was demonstrable across all studies, with R1 resection rates in the mutRAS group ranging from 3.2% to 41%, and in the wtRAS group from 2.6% to 29.6% ( Table 3 ).
