Two independent studies achieved successful differentiation with both T1 and T2 [ 107 , 108 , 109 ]; however, one of the two studies only showed significant T1 differences when the sample was confined to pathologically diagnosed tumors, with T2 values approaching significance [ 107 ].
Excerpts
Patients with a higher plasma peak concentration of venetoclax showed a trend toward slightly longer OS. 3.4.
However, when statistical analysis was conducted on the subset of patients with LGGs, only T1 differences were significant, with T2 trending towards significance [ 107 ].
a notable trendgold
However, there was a notable trend toward an increased incidence of ONJ in patients who also received bisphosphonate therapy.
Among the twelve studies included—nine of which were pooled in meta-analyses—chlorhexidine did not significantly reduce the incidence or severity of mucositis compared to placebo, although a trend toward significance was observed in patients receiving chemotherapy.
This was weakly significant at X2(2) = 7.517, V = 0.112 When looking at the compared values using the cross table, it can be seen that the group of patients had a higher level of desire to discuss activities with a doctor than the group of medical staff and the control group.
However, a nonsignificant trend towards worse survival was noted in patients treated with ICIs whose tumors harbored the KRAS G12C variant compared to those with wild-type KRAS gene [ 65 ].
However, when stratified by etiology, early-onset liver cancer associated with steatotic liver disease has shown an increasing trend [ 6 ].
Similarly, the median TMB was lower in H/L patients (0.865 mutations/Mb, IQR: 0.865–1.73) compared to NHW patients (1.6 mutations/Mb, IQR: 0.9–2.2), with a highly significant p -value of 0.00175.
Heavily pre-treated patients with R/R AML exhibited higher levels of methylation, and treatment with HMAs showed a trend for a reduction in methylation in patients with SD.
a slight trendgold
In contrast, WNT pathway alterations in NHW GC patients showed a slight trend toward reduced survival compared to those without alterations ( Figure S1 ).
a clear trendgold
The OR for a high CARG score (>9) was 7.941, indicating a clear trend although not reaching statistical significance.
The ratio of spleen to body weight in mice fed the OYC-NASH2 diet was significantly higher than that in mice fed AIN93M, with an increasing trend (3–36 weeks) and a slight decreasing trend after 36 weeks.
However, patients with a high level of VISTA-expressing cancer cells (VISTA + PanCK + ) showed a trend towards worse overall survival ( Figure 3 C and Supplementary Figure S1C ).
The frequency of complete tumor necrosis was higher in the CR group; however, the AFP and pathologic response groups had only borderline significance.
a possible trendgold
Although WNT pathway alterations were not statistically significant, they were observed at a higher frequency in H/L patients (8.4%) compared to NHW patients (4.0%, p = 0.08674), suggesting a possible trend that warrants further investigation.
However, when the number of mammograms was considered as a continuous variable, under the assumption of linearity, we found a significant trend in BC risk (OR = 1.04; 95% CI: 1.01–1.06) with an increased risk of 4% by additional exposure.
The constructed PPI network for GS 10 patients contained 872 protein nodes and 2905 interactions, with enrichment analysis yielding a highly significant p -value of 1.0 × 10 −16 .
evaluating seven pairs of combined MCC and SCC in situ also found a highly significant mutational overlap between both squamous and neuroendocrine elements, including shared TP53 and/or RB1 mutations [ 23 ].
highlighted an increasing trend since 2018 in the use of organ-specific immunosuppressants to minimize steroid use in managing irAEs [ 65 ].
PFS showed a trend in favour of the TFH phenotype but this did not reach significance.
Interestingly, significantly higher levels of POSTN were found in the matrix of hepatic metastases of Wt31, while liver metastases of B16F10 luc2 showed a trend towards increased deposition of RELN.
The blood-derived signature models showed a trend toward better performance than the tumor-derived ones, highlighting the potential of capturing gene expression signals in whole-blood samples related to responses to ICI therapy.
Comparisons between other doses also showed a trend towards a better effect at higher doses, but some results were limited by the wide CrIs.
They did not find any significant difference in ADR between both groups of endoscopists, and a nonsignificant trend was found in both HDs and LDs when CADe was used.
