The differential expression of various clock genes between MB subgroups was highly significant by analysis of variance (anova).

A phase II clinical trial testing GI-4000 against KRAS G12C/D/V in lung carcinoma showed that 50% of patients showed an immune response to mutant KRAS G12C/D/V , and overall survival showed a positive trend [ 118 ].

The American Cancer Society reports an increasing trend of incidence of 1% and a relative mortality rate of 2% per year for HPV-related oral cancers confined to the tongue, tonsils, and oropharynx, indicating a possible 20% increase in new HNC cases by 2030 [ 5 , 6 ].

While the Kaplan–Meier survival curves still demonstrated significantly better overall survival and disease-free survival for the “T3 single” group ( Supplementary Figures S1–S3 ), the difference in cancer-specific survival became less pronounced, although the curves still showed a trend towards better survival in the “T3 single” group.

Finally, one study from China indicated that the tumor content of circulating cfDNA is related to the development of HBV-related HCC and presents an increasing trend during the 4-year period preceding clinical diagnosis of HCC, whereas it is correlated with tumor burden and worse survival [ 22 ].

Adherence to optimal laboratory-based triggers for transfusion (Hb values below 7 g/dL or below 8 g/dL in patients with prior history of Cardiopathy) was 31.5% along the years of the study, with a clear trend towards improvement reaching 69.2% in 2018 and without statistically significant differences among the groups ( p > 0.05).

The highly significant p -value (<0.0001) indicates a strong association between JAK/STAT pathway alterations and poorer survival, highlighting its potential prognostic relevance.

Quite significant differences in the threshold levels reported by various papers can be possibly attributed to the character of the tumor microenvironment and the interaction between the tumor and host’s immune system.

Under Cox regression hazard (multivariate) analysis, factors associated with shorter OS were older age at treatment start, higher WBC counts (borderline significance), higher BM blasts, worse WHO-defined performance status, achievement of MiR or no response, shorter interval between initial diagnosis and lenalidomide treatment start, and complete transfusion dependency at baseline ( Table 6 ). 3.9.

Additionally, a strong synergistic effect was observed when DC vaccines were combined with ICIs (HR = 0.40), and a positive trend was also observed with metronomic cyclophosphamide and/or vinblastine (HR = 0.60).

A total of 4589 patients with TNBC in eight RCTs with ICI therapy showed a trend toward improved PFS and OS compared to chemotherapy alone.
