At 3 months, PPD changes were −1.46 mm for the test quadrants and −1.25 mm coming very close to statistical significance (p = 0.002) with a further improvement to −1.74 mm in test quadrants and −1.55 mm in the control quadrants at 12 months with p values still not significant.
This was very close to statistical significance ( p = 0.050), so a third Kaplan-Meier analysis was undertaken to assess a four-level grouping consisting of age <65 years for ED and SD, and age ≥65 years for ED and SD.
In five studies with low-priority scale, the results showed that the sexual function of the participants in the nursing intervention group was better than that in the control group, and the differences were very close to statistical significance (SMD = −0.72, 95% CI = [−1.43–−0.00], P = 0.05) ( Fig 4B ). 3.4.2.
In particular, core-specific and envelope (env)-specific CD4 T cell responses showed a significant inverse correlation with baseline HBcrAg values (core p=0.024; env p=0.034), whereas among CD8 T cells, a correlation was detected for the overall CD8 T cell population (p=0.048; figure 5E , left panels), with a trend very close to statistical significance for env-specific CD8 T cell responses (p=0.051, figure 5E ).
The difference between placebo group and bimekizumab 320 mg group in ACR50 response at week 12 was very close to statistical significance ( p = 0.051); the ACR50 responses at week 12 with all other bimekizumab doses were significantly superior than placebo, albeit with nominal p values: bimekizumab 16 mg OR 4.2, 95% CI 1.1–15.2, p = 0·032; bimekizumab 160 mg OR 8.1, 95% CI 2.3–28.7, p = 0.0012; bimekizumab 160 mg with loading dose OR

Blockade of PPP3/calcineurin in cultured neurons by treatment with cyclosporine A (CsA) did not prevent TFEB dephosphorylation during gLTP (Figure S4A, quantification in B, a trend very close to statistical significance, p = 0.052), indicating that the main source of TFEB dephosphorylation might be MTOR inhibition.
Compared with a standard diets, the addition of lard led to significant increase in the AI [log(TG/HDL-C], the AII [(TC-HDL-C)/HDL-C], the HOMA-β, the HOMA-IR and the QUICKI (in the latter two cases, a tendency very close to statistical significance was observed, P = 0.052 and P = 0.051, respectively) values (Table 7 ).
