In our cohort, AR mRNA and protein expression levels varied substantially among patients but showed a trend for positive correlation ( r = 0.26, p = 0.31; r = 0.46, p = 0.06, respectively for positive nuclei or cell detection).
Results Identification of radiotherapy-associated cuproptosis features We first assessed the altered cuproptosis pathway activity due to radiotherapy using ssGSEA, which showed a trend of increased cuproptosis pathway activity after radiotherapy (P = 0.31, Figure 1A ).
Although not statistically significant, clinical disease activity showed a trend toward decreased odds of CR (OR=0.06, p=0.31).
While CosMx had significant differences between percentage of cells based on biological cell size differences ( p = 0.023), Xenium-UM and Xenium-MM also showed a trend towards a higher percentage of cells with gene pairs of bigger biological differences ( p = 0.31).
4e ) and showed a trend in cells that were pretreated with the protective antibody 8A5 (16.6 ± 4.9% reduction; p = 0.31, Fig. 4e ) compared to cells exposed to conditioned medium without antibody pretreatment.
As another dataset, the TLRmax measured from the TCIA data showed a trend to the negative correlation with ImmuneScore ( r = -0.23, p = 0.31).
Even though the 24 months landmark showed a trend towards lower OS as well, similar outcomes could not be determined for the landmark of 12 months of follow-up (12 months: p = 0.31, 24 months: p = 0.071, Fig. 2 ).
Rates of prescribing iodine in GD showed a trend toward improvement (72.4% at baseline, 81.8% combining PDSA 1 and 2, P = 0.31).
Motion Differences Between Drug Conditions There were no differences in total distance traveled between drug conditions, although the BNC210 high-dose condition showed a trend toward a reduction in movement (lorazepam: t 20 = −1.04, p = .31; BNC210 low dose: t 20 = 0.18, p = .86; BNC210 high dose: t 20 = −1.80, p = .09).
This response differed by health status (p = 0.014), although dogs with chronic enteritis/gastroenteritis showed a trend toward the same decrease in stearoyl ethanolamide (p = 0.31).
Pooled evidence from four studies indicated, with very low certainty, that although the amount used in the etCA group showed a trend of being lower than in the MCA group, this difference might not be statistically significant (SMD − 0.32 mLs; 95% CI [-0.94, 0.29], p = 0.31, very low certainty).
In addition, SDH-deficient GIST showed a trend toward a longer OS compared with SDH-proficient GIST, NR vs. 28.7 months (p = 0.31) (Additional File 8 ).

Although underpowered, OS also showed a trend to benefit with addition of nintedanib (HR, 0.77; 95% CI, 0.46–1.29; P = 0.32).
Compared with patients undergoing single-agent chemotherapy alone, those who received additional Bev showed a trend towards prolonged OS (13.2 vs. 12.8 months, HR: 1.141, 95% CI: 0.876–1.486, P=0.32) and median PFS (4.1 vs. 3.6 months, HR: 1.265, 95% CI: 0.966–1.657, P=0.06) ( Figure 3C,3D ).
Although the D R 10 values showed a trend to increase with species richness, this relationship was not significant ( F 1,48 = 1.00, P = 0.32; Fig. 2 b).
The number of recurrent ICD shocks decreased from 48% to 25% after two years (p = 0.01), and all-cause mortality showed a trend towards lower mortality after two years (19% versus 10%, p = 0.32).
The combined expression of PD-L1 in CTCs showed a trend to better DFS of 32.91 months for patients with positive expression for PD-L1 and 30.77 months for patients with no expression ( p = 0.32).
Prognostic analysis revealed that, although not statistically significant, the immune-inflamed group defined by iTIL score showed a trend toward improved PFS (hazard ratio, 0.73; 95% CI, 0.39–1.36; p = 0.32) and OS (hazard ratio, 0.86; 95% CI, 0.41–1.83; p = 0.70) (Fig. 3 C), which was in contrast to the prognostic findings based on transcriptome-based immune classification.
Although severe vision loss (NOIAA/OACR) showed a trend toward association with a positive biopsy (OR = 2.00), this association was not statistically significant (p = 0.32).
