Conjectural Implications of White Matter Development on Communication Efficacy Network and Integration Capacity Communication hubs in the neonatal brain (12 nodes, selected as described above) showed a trend-level increase in betweenness centrality—indicating the level of central placement of hubs in the overall network—over time ( r = 0.28, P = 0.15 ns, Fig. 5 c ), suggestive of a possible, but modest increase in the level of centrality of these nodes in the overall network during development.
The MED12 IP/Input ratio showed a trend of reduction (Fig. 4F ; p = 0.15), suggesting a potential weakening of the MED1-MED12 interaction following Med13l KO.
Monotherapy with t-L-ALD showed a trend towards greater effectiveness than L-ALD (4.70 × 10 8 ± 1.78 × 10 8 vs. 1.24 × 10 9 ± 4.65 × 10 8 photons, day 27, p = 0.15).
Also, of the remaining ten subjects, five showed a trend towards a gamma ERS ( p < 0.15), after artefact reduction.

Models comparing responders vs non-responders were adjusted for age, sex, smoking status, baseline DAS28-CRP, and baseline glucocorticoid use; smoking status showed a trend toward association in these models (p < 0.15) but did not reach conventional statistical significance (p ≥ 0.05).
Construction of a DNA Repair Pathway–Focused Score Kaplan–Meier log-rank P values were calculated to identify a subset of genes whose expression values showed a trend associated with overall survival (OS) ( P < .15) ( Supplementary Figure 1 , available online).
Outcome according to MDS type and karyotype Patients with a BM blast percentage of >20% at any time prior to HSCT showed a trend toward inferior DFS (0.49 [0.21–0.77]) compared to patients with 5–19% BM blasts (0.73 [0.54–0.92]) or with <5% blasts (0.81 [0.66–0.96]) ( p = 0.15; Fig. 3A ).

This was not the case for ANGPTL4 and ApoC3, although in the case of ApoC3 the multivariable analysis showed a trend to be significant (beta coef. 0.7 [95%CI -0.3-0.17] mg/dl, p=0.15) ( Table 5 ).
Histological subtype showed a trend toward association with progression (p = 0.15) and extent of resection (p = 0.067).
SLC16A3 also showed a trend toward an inverse correlation with brain pH in controls (r = −0.49, p = 0.15) and a significant inverse correlation in SCZ (r = −0.65, p = 0.04), but not in BD (r = +0.49, p = 0.15).
