Furthermore, among patients who showed the best response to CR/CRi, those with post-treatment WT1 mRNA negative values (n = 7) showed a trend toward better OS and EFS than those without post-treatment WT1 mRNA negative values (n = 8) (median OS, 482 days vs. 364 days, p = 0.08; median EFS, NR vs. 160 days, p = 0.06) (Fig. 5 E, F).
This showed a trend for increased maintenance of expanded pre-existing clones in responders ( P value = 0.08). 56 In other tumour types, Valpione et al. analysed pre-treatment biopsies from 20 patients with metastatic melanoma undergoing anti-PD-1 treatment. 57 They found higher TCR clonality pre-treatment in patients responding to ICB.
The results showed a trend for differences in response between the groups ( χ 2 4 =8.3; P =.08; φ =0.361).
Although relative wall thickness was within the normal range in both groups, the women with dyspnea showed a trend for higher relative wall thickness ( P = 0.08).
Androstadienone showed a trend toward increasing the attention of older adults to subliminal emotional faces, particularly angry ones ( Fig 1 , overall trend p = 0.08) as it had in younger adults [ 24 ].
