Unselected patients with high CYP19A1 expression showed a trend towards decreased lung-MFS ( P = 0.068) and bone-MFS ( P = 0.072) compared to patients with low CYP19A1 expression, whereas no association was found in the analysis of liver-MFS ( P = 0.605; Supplementary Fig. 1 ).
We then compared the BED and obese subjects which showed a trend towards a group difference ( F (1.56)=3.47, p =0.068).
