When considered as a continuous variable, the treatment by log e hs‐cTnT interaction was nominally significant ( P = 0.043) with a greater effect of empagliflozin on the combined risk of cardiovascular death or hospitalization for heart failure in patients with lower levels of hs‐cTnT when displayed as a hazard ratio, but not when displayed as absolute risk reduction ( Figure 2 ).

Liver eQTL analyses of rs277070 (A) and rs277072 (B) that are in LD with rs11212617 [R2>0.95 in the Caucasian (CEU) population] show nominally significant associations (P = 0.043 and P = 0.021, respectively) with increased ATM mRNA expression for the treatment response associated SNPs.
SNP rs2228547 demonstrated a nominally significant association with KBD in the allelic tests (OR = 1.242, 95% CI = 0.999–1.544, P = 0.043).
Among the variants that were included on the exome array, there was one nominally significant association with A-kinase anchoring protein 9 ( AKAP9 ) rs149979685 ( β = −3.117 (SE = 1.538) number–symbol pairs; p = 0.043) in African-Americans after adjusting for age and gender that did not survive adjustment for multiple comparisons (Supplementary Tables 6 , 7 ).
Multiple clinical and genetic predictors were evaluated without correction for multiple comparisons; the analyses are therefore exploratory, and the single nominally significant genetic association in the cohort, univariable CYP3A5 *1 carrier status ( p = 0.043), would not survive correction for the number of predictors tested and should be regarded as hypothesis-generating.
A trend towards an association of the T allele with lower HOMA-B (p = 0.063) was also observed; the association with metabolic syndrome was nominally significant (p = 0.043).
Fewer South Asian patients (10%) reported experiencing an ‘OFF’ period during the assessment, compared to White (23%) and Black groups (29%), but this was only nominally significant p = 0.043.

P = 0.014), and the difference between males from FC and MO families was nominally significant (RR = 1.27, P = 0.043, adj.
In accordance with our hypothesis, we found nominally significant positive correlations of WIE Arithmetic performance with NPI total score (Spearman’s rho=0.208; p =0.043) and SMI self-aggrandizer scale (Spearman’s rho=0.231; p =0.027), but findings did not survive false discovery rate (FDR) adjustment for multiple comparisons (p FDR =0.189 and p FDR =0.243, respectively).
In this crude study of diabetes “progression,” they showed a nominally significant association between this beta‐PRS and insulin treatment ( β = 0.0131, SE = 0.006, P = .0431). 74 Another study among Japanese population explored the association between a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in Syntaxin IA and insulin requirement in individuals with type 2 diabetes.
In patient-clustered models, the CD68+–Ki67+ contrast remained significant (cluster-robust P = 0.0228, BH-FDR q = 0.035), whereas the CD8+–Ki67+ contrast was nominally significant but slightly above the BH-FDR threshold ( P = 0.0432, q = 0.052; Supplemental Table S5 ).
Nominally significant genetic correlation with COPD was found for both RHR (Rg = 0.0722; P = 0.0434) and HBP (Rg = 0.0751; P = 0.0467) (Table 1 ).
For marker rs1421292 (M24) a nominally significant association was also detected in the combined analysis (χ 2 = 4.06 p = 0.044).
In contrast, while the CN model showed a nominally significant interaction (p = 0.044), the non-significant slope in the LL/LD subgroup (β = 0.191, p = 0.153) fails to support robust moderation.

Heterozygotes for SULT1E1 rs3775779 demonstrated reduced DFS in univariate analysis, which remained nominally significant in the multivariate model (HR = 2.52; 95% CI = 1.02–6.18; p = 0.044).
We found nominally significant differences between pTau-positive and pTau-negative individuals for GCL in 6 TS ( p = 0.044) and 7 NS ( p = 0.043) sectors.
