In the EM study, erenumab treatment was associated with nominally significant reductions in WMD compared to placebo as early as Week 1 and for all doses by Week 4; (LSM change from baseline [95% CI]) in the EM study: placebo (− 0.1 [− 0.3, 0.0]), 70 mg (− 0.3 [− 0.5, − 0.2]; p = 0.130) and 140 mg (− 0.6[− 0.7, − 0.4]; p < 0.001) for Week 1; placebo (− 0.4 [− 0.5, − 0.2]), 70 mg (− 0.6 [− 0.8, − 0.5]; p = 0.029) and 140 mg (− 0.6 [− 0.8, − 0.5]; p = 0.019) at Week 4.
When the serum UA levels in quartile categories at baseline were further adjusted, the associations of UA trajectories 2, 3, and 4 with MASLD risk remained significant in men, whereas the associations of UA trajectories 3 and 4 remained statistically and nominally significant in women, respectively (Supplementary Table S2 ).
Meta‐analyses with genetically‐matched AoU participants yielded three (two novel) genome‐wide significant AD‐associated loci based on rare lead variants: rs374043832 ( RGS6/PSEN1 ), rs192423465 ( ASPSCR1 ), and rs935208076 ( GDAP2 ), which were nominally significant in AoU sub‐cohorts.
The analogous association with genes whose protein products were identified as interacting with Ca v 2 (voltage-gated calcium channel) was nominally significant. 56 Overall, there was little evidence of association between genes differentially regulated by miR-137 at 24 h but relatively consistent associations with upregulation at 48 h.
There were nominally significant differences for two items from the PACIC subscale “Goal setting” (“I was given a copy of my treatment plan”, p-value: 0.027; “I was encouraged to go to a specific group or class to help me cope with my chronic condition”, 0.025) and for two items from the PACIC subscale “problem solving/contextual counselling” (“I was helped to make a treatment plan that I could carry out in my daily life”, 0.019; “I was helped to plan ahead so I could take care of my condition even in hard times”, 0.012).
