Conclusion In this large phylogenetic and GWAS analysis, we found a substantial and significant heritability of SRNCs in PWH and could identify one viral variant that was significantly associated with SRNCs and several more candidates, which were nominally significant though not after adjusting for multiple testing but were previously linked to HIV-associated dementia or CSF-derived sequences.
We further tested in 384 females (age range 39–83 years) from TUK the association of whole blood gene expression of the genes encoding all 13 proteins and found three of them (CST3, FSTL3, and HAVCR2) to be nominally significant ( Supplementary Table S2 ).
Circulating Proteomic Signatures of Chronological Age.

Models confirmed no differences in the effect sizes of the intervention by age group and found no difference in the intervention effect between urban and indigenous communities for children 2–4 and 5–7 years old (Tables 2 and 3 ); however, the anemia model for 5–7 year olds indicated a nominally significant intervention difference prior to inclusion of the random community effect (0.857 lower log odds of anemia in indigenous vs. urban communities following intervention, p=0.0843, model not shown).
Using the 1.3K assay overall accuracy plateaued at around 100 of the most significant protein-pQTLs pairs but including all nominally significant protein-pQTLs pairs led to slightly lower accuracy, suggesting that these lower significance pairs were introducing more noise than signal and accuracy and having additional protein information is not informative for matching to genomes.
107 Tezepelumab, a first-in-class human IgG 2/λ mAb that binds to TSLP and inhibits its interaction with the TSLP receptor complex, has recently been documented to result in a nominally significant reduction of 37% in the rate of moderate or severe AECOPDs in comparison to placebo. 44 In patients with a blood eosinophil count of 300 cells/μL or greater, tezepelumab resulted in a statistically significant reduction of 46% in the incidence of moderate or severe AECOPDs.

The main outcome of the study was the presence of an association between self‐reported peer victimization and genetic risk for depression, attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), risk‐taking behaviors, BMI, and intelligence, with a nominally significant effect of polygenic risk for SCZ.
