The baseline BMI was 34 kg/m 2 , both groups were titrated to 0.5 units/kg glargine, and fasting glucose fell similarly from ∼165 to 120 mg/dL; however, there was a nearly significant difference in A1C decrease from 8.0 to 7.3% with placebo and from 7.9 to 6.5% with exenatide, with similar frequency of hypoglycemia and with weight increasing by 4 kg with placebo but no weight change with exenatide.

Given the cell death observed in the intestines of CML mice, we examined gene expression of these cytokines and observed that mRNA expression of IL-33 was significantly increased in the ileum and nearly significant in the colon (Fig. 7h ).
Therefore, from these results it is clear that although when no leakage is present in the method, the forecast is significantly worse than the naïve forecast, when leakage is incorporated, the method has a nearly significant p -value rendering it better than the naïve forecast.
However, in the final model, blood draw number was significant and fight time was nearly significant, which suggests juvenile nurse sharks may exhibit a more pronounced stress response from handling and air exposure than from short periods of exhaustive exercise.
Further, our meta-analysis yielded a nearly significant effect for PL on running performance, with a higher ES compared with a similar meta-analysis that found a favorable running performance effect after PL (ES = − 0.210 vs − 0.170, respectively) [ 13 ].
Although only slighly higher (1.4- and 1.3-fold) than the average in randomized genomes, the observed number of preferentially expressed genes in testis located in loose clusters was still significant in case of total testis and nearly significant in case of testicular somatic cells (Table 5 ).
Construction of the prognostic model incorporating immune infiltrates and clinical characteristic In the training cohort, the univariate COX regression analysis suggested that age, ascites, residual, lymph nodes (LN) metastasis, therapy response, FIGO stage, and CD8&CD45RO were statistically or nearly significant with overall survival and above all were analyzed by multivariate COX regression.
However, we did find steady and nearly significant increases in F2-isoprostane levels over 12 months in those receiving efavirenz; however, there were no between-group differences with those receiving PI.
