Correcting the global α-level for multiple comparisons by using the Bonferroni–Holm procedure (Holm, 1979 ), the association between the absolute errors remained significant (α adj = 0.0024), whereas the association between the accuracy scores narrowly missed significance (global α adj = 0.0025).
Other global meta-state measures of fluidity were significantly reduced (number of states achieved) or were reduced and narrowly missed significance (meta-state switching) in the 5-state analysis ( Table 1 ) and in the motion-matched sample (Supporting Information Table S1), without replication in the 4-state and 6-state analysis.
The mean E and N scores on E.P.I, in three groups of depressed patients showed no significant difference (Table-1). These GO terms, the overall skew in gene loading frequencies toward positive loadings (Figure 3E ), and the common energy metabolism genes with negative loading (Figure 3D ; also, several muscle‐related GO terms narrowly missed significance) suggest that variation reflected in PC1 is likely linked to differences in tissue composition (possibly reflecting a varying amount of the functionally distinct foregut portion of the gut) of samples.
