The lowly-constrained genes had on average, a low degree whereas the highly-constrained genes were more highly connected to other genes in the network; this shift from a random distribution was marginally statistically significant for the control group (Chi-squared test; P-value = 0.05958 for control group, P-value = 0.1219 for SZ group, P-value = 0.09595 for PD group, see Figs. 19 and 20 in Text S1 ), suggesting that not only are constraints imposed on genes linked to specific functional roles but they also have significantly distinct network topologies.
When body condition was dropped from the model, clinical signs at the time of vaccination was marginally statistically significant (p = 0.06) ( Table S20 , Note 4); the differences in factor levels (i.e. with and without clinical signs at vaccination) between the two models were comparable (9.5 IU/ml including and 8.0 IU/ml excluding body condition).
Finally, when the allelic and genotyping frequencies were separately analyzed between the two sub-phenotypes, i.e., subjects with XFS without glaucoma and subjects with XFS/XFG, the rs41435250 T allele risk magnitude was maintained in the patients with XFS while a marginally statistically significant risk was observed in the XFS/XFG group (OR [95% CI]=1.8 [0.9–3.5]; p=0.06; Table 5 ).
Factors Influencing Adaptive Capacity Among persons who were satisfied with the information received about prescribed fire, we found a higher percentage of persons who felt confident in their ability to protect their health, a marginally statistically significant difference (61% confident among those satisfied with information vs. 35% confident among those not satisfied with information; p = 0.06).
In analyses based on joint categorization of enclave residence and engagement, participants living in either emerging or established enclaves who also engaged in at least three of the five reported activities in an enclave had the lowest odds of MetS, but this was only marginally statistically significant (OR 0.63, 95% CI 0.39–1.02, p = 0.06).
We did not find a statistically significant main effect for role (F = 0.15, p = 0.70) or accuracy of symptom interference (F = 1.52, p = 0.22; means, accurate = 46.25, overestimated = 42.83, underestimated = 45.37), and the role × accuracy interaction effect was marginally statistically significant (F = 2.08, p = 0.06; patient means, accurate = 48.43, overestimated = 44.54, underestimated = 42.34; caregiver means, accurate = 44.06, overestimated = 41.04, underestimated = 48.15).
Pearson correlation analyses demonstrated a marginally statistically significant association between MVPA (continuous) and baseline-to-early N1b changes in the entire sample ( r = −0.43, p = 0.06; Figure 6 ); this association, however, was stronger among those meeting exercise guidelines ( r = −78, p = 0.006; Figure 7 ) compared to those not meeting exercise guidelines ( r = −0.42, p = 0.25; Figure 8 ).
