MRI-PDFF was observed in two studies with SGLT2 inhibitor treatment, and the results suggested that SGLT2 inhibitor treatment decreased MRI-PDFF with marginal significance in the comparison with the control group (WMD = -1.18%, 95%CI: -2.38% to 0.03%, P = 0.06) (Table 4 ).
