Although SBRT showed only marginal significance for local control in our cohort, which may be attributable to the relatively modest dose in our cohort, recent studies in oligometastatic disease in gynecologic malignancies highlighted effective local control by SBRT. 11 , 13 , 20 Notably, radiation dose emerged as an independent prognostic factor for OS and PFS in multivariate analyses, despite not being significant in univariate analyses, likely reflecting imbalances in baseline characteristics, as the high-dose group included a higher proportion of patients with nonendometrioid histology.
Furthermore, recent progress in data mining, high throughput data generation relative to gene, protein, and metabolic networks, as well as computer simulations of protein–protein interactions [ 4 , 6 ], offers a new and very attractive opportunity to identify those proteins that would have marginal significance in normal cells but would become signaling hubs in cancer cells.
The odds of hypertension among the participants with only work-related burnout increased by 40% (OR = 1.40; 95% CI: 0.99–1.96) compared with those without burnout, with marginal significance, while personal burnout (OR = 1.21; 95% CI: 0.88–1.67) and both burnouts (OR = 1.31; 95% CI: 0.89–1.90) were not statistically significantly associated with elevated odds of hypertension.
