In a multivariable analysis of EFS including pre-transplant IDDA v2.1 ≤ 14 / ≥15 and HCT-CI ≤ 2 / ≥3 and the interaction between these prognostic factors, as well as age at transplant and date of transplant, neither IDDA v2.1 ( p = 0.059, HR = 4.6) nor HCT-CI ( p = 0.057, HR = 7.1) were independently significant, but the interaction between these two factors combined (HCT-CI ≥ 3 and IDDA v2.1 ≥ 15) was highly significant ( p = 0.0005, HR = 18.0), Fig. 3 H.

Conclusion From the above concrete observations, it can be hypothesized that AHCC is promoting proliferation and differentiation of leukocytes (multipotent stem cells), as it is seen that the genes responsible for these such as LAT, FLRT2, GIT-1, and so forth, as seen in Figure 5 , are upregulated and highly significant ( P < 0.0005).
Observable differences are highly significant; performing one-sided Mann-Whitney U tests (with the alternative hypothesis c treated > c untreated ) leads to the rejection of the null-hypothesis (p < 5 x 10 −4 ) for all metabolites.
This relationship remained highly significant even after accounting for phylogenetic non-independence in our PGLS model (solid black line, t = −3.737, p-value = 0.0005).

Results Correlation Between Physiological and Thermal Variables The correlation between physiological (GFS, starch, frost hardiness and water content) and thermal (minimum, average and maximum temperature averaged over the last 1–30 days before harvest) variables were all highly significant ( P < 0.0005; Table S1 ).

coluzzii efficiently enriched for genes that display a protective function against Plasmodium (Fisher’s Exact Test comparing the ratio of [9 protective to 0 non-protective genes in differentiated Clusters 1 and 2], to [0 protective to 5 non-protective genes in non-differentiated Cluster 3] is highly significant, p = 0.0005).
Correspondingly, a highly significant difference for MFI comparing rosetting cultures of blood group A and partly rosetting of blood group O was seen for PAvarO (p = 0,0005) that disappeared with the growth with the pgIgG that prevents rosettes to form in culture (p = 0,0686).
When including age as continuous variable, the terms for age x month interactions were highly significant ( p = 0.0005, df = 4), suggesting an important trend to lower rates of suicide attempts following the start of AD treatment at higher ages, but not, or less so, at younger ages.
