“w+s+”) failed to reach significance, and comparisons between separated prefixes and segmentally identical function words (“sb” vs. “wb”) were significant on a lower level ( W = 2386, p < 0.01) than the other comparisons ( W > 2200, p < 0.0001).
The main effect of word type was significant by participants but failed to reach significance by items [ F 1(1, 39) = 8.29, p < 0.01; F 2(1, 35) = 2.35, p < 0.13].

Separate contrast revealed that subjective ratings of depression, anxiety, and stress decreased within 24 h following the inhalation of the vapor from dried toad secretion containing 5-MeO-DMT, but failed to reach significance until 4 weeks later ( p = 0.015, Hedges’ g = 0.79; p < 0.001, Hedges’ g = 0.69; p = 0.003, Hedges’ g = 0.66, respectively).

3.2 Association between age and aperiodic activity Regression models revealed that age predicted the aperiodic exponent for the eyes open EEG recordings, F(1,37) = 8.12, p = .005, R 2 = 0.06; however, the eyes closed recordings failed to reach significance after multiple comparison correction, F(1,37) = 5.56, p = .020, R 2 = 0.04 ( Fig. 2 A).
N2 time window (260–380 ms) The three-way interaction between group, language, and task failed to reach significance ( F (1, 40) = .74, MSE = 7.34, η 2 P = .02, p> .05), indicating that inhibition may not come into play during the language task schema competition phase.
These findings were also significant in the first sensitivity analysis, which classified use as two or more prescriptions (2.23, 1.54 to 3.22; P<0.001 for shorter term), but results of the second sensitivity analysis, which classified use as all prescriptions including the last six months, failed to reach significance (1.49, 1.06 to 2.08; P=0.02 for shorter term).
